Deer Valley home, close to skiing, biking, hiking!

The property is 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Has a two-car garage and hot tub. Newly remodeled and very comfortable for up to 10 people. It is a 5-minute walk to Silver Lake Lodge and the Sterling lift at Deer Valley Resort in the winter. And the same for hiking and mountain biking in the summer. It’s also close to Main Street in Park City for great dining and shopping. This home makes for the perfect trip regardless of the season!

The townhome is a level entry with a two-car garage, kitchen, family room, dining room, outdoor patio, and powder room all on the 1st floor. Upstairs is a large master bedroom with sitting area, desk, large closet, Smart TV, dresser, ensuite bathroom with double sinks, jetted jacuzzi tub, and separate room with commode and shower. Downstairs has ensuite bedrooms. One with a queen bed, closet, Smart TV, double sinks, and enclosed commode and tub shower. The other bedroom is an awesome bunk room that can sleep up to 6. Has an ensuite, fully-remodeled bathroom with double sinks, and a separated shower and commode. Downstairs also has a full laundry room and outdoor hot tub on a private patio deck.

Nestled above the evergreen trees in Silver Lake Village, Ridge Townhome 19 offers stunning expansive views of the mountains and slopes of Empire Pass and Park City's panoramic snowscape. Ridge 19 is just a five-minute walk from the Silver Lake Lodge and the Sterling lift.

The vaulted ceiling space and ambient wood-burning fireplace make the family room a great place for entertaining in the evening. The picture windows allow abundant natural light into the space with incredible panoramic views. The kitchen opens into the main area and is well stocked for gourmet cooking.

Ridge Townhome 19 is also located on Park City’s free bus transit route for easy access to Park City’s Historic Main Street, the Canyons Village area, and Kimball junction, providing convenient access to all three world-class ski resorts. Close to Silver Lake

Short walk to Silver Lake area at Deer Valley, walking distance to bus stop for a quick trip to Main Street Park City. Condo was clean, beautiful with all the amenities you need for a ski vacation!

Great location and lots of room. Unit looked a little old in spots, could use some fresh paint and updated furniture in main sitting room. Price was high and 100% pre-payment was less than optimal.

Great location

The condo is in a very convenient location. You can walk to the ski lift, restaurants, and the free bus that goes directly to Park City. The host is extremely helpful and responsive.

Great stay for my family!

Thank you for providing a great place for my family to stay. We had a great time. We had some trouble opening the front door from the outside several times due to a faulty latch or something, but we had a great stay.

Beautiful home! Perfect location!!

The house was clean and beautiful! We had a group of 6 adults- each couple had their own bedroom and bath so we appreciated the space. We stayed over the Fourth of July and were happy to be a short walk from all the action at Silver Lake lodge.

Deer Valley Trip

Father and Son ski trip. Plenty of room for 2 cars in garage. Very clean and had everything we needed. Short walk to Orange Bus line that brought to Main St Station, transferred to bus to Canyons. Short walk to Town lift from bus station. A little longer walk to Deer Valley Silver Lake Lodge , but easy. Bus is the way to go to Park City. All drivers were great driving in the snow. Get the bus app to keep track of times.

Comfortable mountain townhome

The townhome was very clean and comfortable. A perfect place for our family of four to vacation in the mountains for a week in the summer. Quiet neighborhood and only 7 minute drive down the mountain to Park City’s Main Street. Communication was good - we received clear check-in instructions a couple days prior to our arrival. The code to the garage door didn’t work but we were able to get in the front door and then used the provided garage door opener for the remainder of our stay. Comfortable beds and furniture and extra blankets made it a very welcoming home-away-from-home. The home was also very well-stocked with everything we needed : lots of towels. toilet paper, coffee filters, toiletries, and more. A couple bumps in our stay, though. The internet was out when we arrived - turns out the modem had been unplugged in favor of a new water treatment system in the utility closet, but the property manager had an outlet extender overnighted to the house so we could keep everything plugged in. We also had a leak from the upstairs shower start dripping into the downstairs dining area on Saturday evening. The property manager sent a leak detection company out Monday evening, but they couldn’t do much without the owner’s permission and at that point the communication went silent for the next few days. As a result, we couldn’t use the upstairs (master) bathroom for 5 nights which was a minor inconvenience. Ironically, the plumber arrived just as we were checking out on the last day! Overall, we were pleased with our stay. I’m a homeowner myself - I know things go wrong sometimes, and I appreciate the effort the property manager gave to resolve the situations.
