A lovely studio in the heart of Park City Historic Downtown, this condo is the perfect gateway for solo travelers looking for adventures or a couple that wants a romantic getaway. With its stunning location, a stone's throw away from all of the action, you will have everything needed to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. Unlimited access to restaurants, breweries, seasonal festivities, and local markets are within steps of the front door entrance of this home.

Welcome to this lovely studio in the heart of Park City Historic Downtown, that will comfortably fit up to 2 guests. The perfect retreat for an intimate getaway, this charming condo is a lovely place to relax after a fun-filled day.

As you walk through the front door, the plush love seat, alongside a comfortable sofa is the place to cozy up with a good book while snuggled up in blankets. Unwind for the night as you watch your favorite movie on the flat-screen Smart TV, as you gaze at the glow of the sunset through the glass window. Guests will appreciate the fully-equipped kitchen with modern stainless steel appliances where you can whip up a scrumptious meal. Enjoy your dinner in the intimate dining area or the at the kitchen bar, where you can reminisce your exciting day in Park City.

For a night of peaceful rest, the lovely murphy pull-down queen-size bed is the perfect place to recharge for tomorrow's adventures. A full bathroom with single vanity, a shower/tub combo, and a closet with sliding mirror doors is located next to the bed.

Guests will have access to the rooftop patio that boasts spectacular views of Park City, along with a bbq gas grill, perfect for hosting an afternoon cookout. A coin-operated laundry room is available for guests on the 3rd floor.

Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the entire home, and a shared laundry room.

Please note that there are no parking spaces available on the premises. There are pay-to-park areas in the city, but parking is not guaranteed, especially during events and holidays.

The Neighborhood:
This condo is the perfect gateway to experience mountain and outdoor adventures in Park City. You are in the heart of Park City Main Street Historic District where you will have access to multiple eateries, breweries, museums, shopping, and other unique entertainment options. With Park City Mountain Town Lift only a couple of blocks from the entrance of the condo, you will have unlimited access to skiing, hiking, and other fun mountain adventures during your Park City vacation getaway. Don't forget to check out the Park City Alpine Slide for a one-of-a-kind experience.

Getting Around:
You are within walking distance of it all with this condo's most sought-after location right in the heart of Park City Main Street Historic District. Park City Mountain Town Lift, only a couple of blocks away, will bring you to the best ski runs in Park City. The free Main Street trolley is also a great choice for wandering around Park City Historic District. Uber/Lyft are always available.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that the heating and air conditioning unit temperature is controlled within the entire complex, but guests will have access to adjust fan wind speed.

The elevator provides convenient access to the condo with your luggage.

Please note that there are no parking spaces available on the premises. There are pay-to-park areas in the city, but parking is not guaranteed, especially during events and holidays.

Please note that there's a road closure near our home due to a construction on main street from 4/1-7/1. Phase I of this project will take place along Main Street from Heber Avenue to 5th Street, time permitting.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

We thought the location was excellent. The unit itself did not meet the listing criteria. We had to call VRBO numerous times because we had no air coming into the unit. It was inoperative. Extremely hot during the day and difficult to sleep at night. Their solution was for us to keep a window (no screen) open 6 inches and use a portable floor air conditioner with exhaust vent not made for that type of window creating a 3' x 6" open gap. The window blinds were warped and required the occupant to manually raise to the top from a step ladder to re-close the blinds. This required standing on a stepladder in front of an open window 4 stories high. Dangerous and unacceptable. The unit itself; great potential but deficiencies with substandard mismatched cooling unit certainly diminished the positives. They knew the air was broken because they had the cooling unit stored in a closet in the bathroom. You should fix the unit to be in the condition as advertised in your ad when people are considering booking your unit rather than requiring the occupants to go through a series of dangerous setup conditions just to get cool air. They expect you to have an open window (no screen) whereas bugs, birds, rain, can come into the unit while you are gone, there or asleep. Others can look into your room right next to your bed. I wonder which adjacent window the owner lives in? VRBO rep said to expect a refund but not a single call from management or refund as of this review.

Location! Location! Location!

My husband and I had a great stay in this perfectly sized, outfitted and located condo. We were able to step out of the building elevator and basically onto the sidewalk of Main Street. The transit building was right behind the condo building. We traveled to The Canyons, ride the lift to the village for free, and Kimball Junction (outlet stores). A must see is the Park City museum, so much history. Have the Irish stew at Flanagans, a patty melt at The No Name Saloon and check out The Thomas Anthony Gallery. Jeff McKay is on exhibit,his painting technique adds layer, dimension and color. We will be back in the summer for some cycling.

Great location and space for a ski couple

Late spring skiing and efficiency with easy public transportation was just what we needed. Communication was very accurate. Proximity to shopping, dining and night cannot be better. Most likely due to end of the season unit showed some wear and kitchen was missing some basics cooking utincels but not a big deal. Bring K cups if you are a coffee drinker. Would definitely stay here again.

Great condo for two!!

Cannot beat the location for a night on Main Street! Perfect crash pad for a late night. Property was very clean and had everything needed in the kitchen. Loved the Murphy bed! We had a great time and will definitely stay again!

Fantastic property

This was such a cute and cozy condo in a perfect location. We were able to enjoy Main street and then venture into park city to explore. Perfect size, very clean and Owner was very responsive. We also were driving an electric vehicle and the free parking permit was in a garage with an EV charger. Which was very convenient. Would stay again.
