Luxury Spa Studio a Short Walk From Beach, Cafes and Golf Course.

  • Located a stone's throw from the beach and a short walk to one of NZ's best golf courses; our renovated studio for two is the perfect place to indulge in luxurious rest and relaxation.

    We aim to provide quality and luxury, from the thick carpet under your toes to the large wine glasses and feather duvet on the Super King Bed. It comes complete with an indoor private spa and outdoor heated pool (Nov to March - summer only) and a private deck area. Lean back on the luxury double Power Motion Recliner and watch Netflix or the full range of SKY channels on the 43-inch smart television with a soundbar or cast from your own device. We love to make you feel welcome and comfortable - so anything you need - just ask!

    The studio is situated at the far end of our very large home. The children have left, so after a complete renovation in early 2014 this studio room has become a gorgeous place to get away from it all or be within an easy stroll to the beach, cafes, restaurants and shops. With separate access, a secluded balcony and access to the solar heated pool, you can come and go as you please and will not be disturbed. (Note: pool only open in Summer.) The fully tiled ensuite is divine! It includes a large glass shower and a Hot Springs Spa Pool; a welcome sight in the winter after a game of golf, a hike on Kapiti Island or the stunning Paekakariki Escarpment Track.

    The kitchenette includes a fridge and microwave, and a BBQ is also provided for your use. A coffee machine is at your disposal and we provide complimentary Nespresso Coffee pods and bedside chocolates.

    Your access to the room is down the side of our house, past our main deck area. You have your own key and the access is lit with sensor lighting. We try to make your stay as private and peaceful as possible.

Lovely Relaxing Stay

Beautiful property. Everything was excellent, relaxing and comfortable. Our favourite part was the spa. The hosts were extremely nice and ptofessional to deal with. A lovely stay for 2 nights in a fabulous location.

Luxury escape

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, very private and comfortable. Close to many restaurants, bars and beach. Couch and bed were extremely comfortable and the spa was a nice way to get us relaxed before bed. The shower was also lux. Highly recommended

Amazing getaway!

Perfect little place for a weekend getaway from the city, a lovely short stroll to the beach, only a few minutes walk from the town centre and they have thought of everything. Comfortable, clean and private, our only regret was not staying longer. Will definitely be coming back here.

LOVED all the little luxury touches! Leather recliners, full-sized indoor spa pool, quality toiletries and even an ice machine for the warmer weather. No detail has been overlooked and the host was only a text message away if anything was needed. Amazing location and beautiful accommodations

Lovely apartment

We loved staying at this property for weekend getaway. Location fantastic just one street over from beach and restaurants just 5 minutes walk. We loved the spa pool - great way to end the evening after long walks on beach! The deck has all day sun perfect for morning coffee and sunset glass of wine. Coffee machine is fab and nice touch with chocolates by the bed!

Relaxing break

Fantastic studio unit that had everything we needed. Including lovely spa to soak in after completing the Escarpment Walk. Close to beach, shops and good restaurants. Highly recommend, also the property manager was really helpful and great to communicate with.

Beautiful and private

The room was beautiful and had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable. Tracey and Niel went out of their way to ensure we had privacy so it never felt like a part of their house. We loved the spa, the beach walks and restaurant options nearby.

Perfect Getaway

Lovely property. All the little extras have been thought of in this BNB. Quality coffee, spacious bed with lovely linen, chocolates, flowers, and the spa was just the icing on the cake.
