"Everything was amazing. From the communication to make sure our daughters needs were met, to the breakfast to check out. It was unfortunate that there were several hockey teams and only one functioning elevator, as the other one was out of order. Hot tub and pool where clean and warm. Super impressed that as close as the hotel is to the 400 highway, you cannot hear it at all."

"The Hotel is ok in General but the free Breakfast is complete trash..... there only giving you coffee,oatmeal and bread if you want meat like bacon and eggs you have to pay extra its like $8 or $10 bucks i just went to the Breakfast spot at the end of that street they have to improve that because other hotels with free Breakfast give some sort of meat."

"Came to this hotel very late at night after a long work trip and the front desk manager was very unpleasant. Their machine wasn’t working and he was pressuring me to write my credit card down so he can charge it for the deposit at a later date. He refused to accept cash or to call my room once his machine was ready and threatened to cancel my booking if I didn’t provide the card. To top things off, the sheets and bathroom counter were covered in hair, probably the last guests. The sheets must...

"The room was suitable for our use… very clean. The staff were very professional and friendly. Although the parking was limited but I heard no complaints for any of the guests we spoke to. We did not take advantage of the spa ( pool or gym areas)"

Desk staff unhelpful as soon as you have a problem to solve. Short stay, budget a major concern, no vacancy in hotels nearby? Then maybe consider. Otherwise, pass."

"The property is a sub basement of a house. The entrance is through the garage and it’s tiny. Difficult to get thru the doors to the basement. The place is minimally furnished. It is located at the far north end of Richmond Hill away from commercial activities. I would not rent this place again. Owner is quick to respond to requests. "
