"Everything was amazing. From the communication to make sure our daughters needs were met, to the breakfast to check out. It was unfortunate that there were several hockey teams and only one functioning elevator, as the other one was out of order. Hot tub and pool where clean and warm. Super impressed that as close as the hotel is to the 400 highway, you cannot hear it at all."

The room had no smoke alarm, the HVAC unit was dirty, broken, and had exposed wiring, and during the night I woke up with cockroaches on me. I immediately contacted the front desk. Although another room was offered, the conditions made it impossible for me to stay. I requested a refund and was told the manager would call me in the morning. He never did.
