"We had a wonderful week in the Goatshed. Fida and Chris are warm and generous hosts, and the accommodation is charming and full of character. Comfy bed, great shower, excellent cooking facilities. The terrace is a fabulous spot to linger at any time of the day. Koroni and the wider Messinia area are simply magical. Highly recommended."

"Plus: Wonderful terraces overlooking Kalamata. Negative: This is a stone house and can be quite cold. We successfully heated the living room area, but could not heat the lower bedroom. Also the house is a long way up a winding road and somewhat out of town."

"Beautiful villa, lovelingly kitted out, superb view, relaxing and comfortable. 5 minutes walk down to Zaga beach with sun beds provided! Jina could not have been more helpful and we settled in immediately for a very peaceful and relaxing stay. Definately a home from home with everything we needed provided. "Das Haus (mit Parkplatz vor dem Eingang) liegt am Hang eines hohen Berges an einer steilen Straße. Man blickt aus der Wohnung auf die Buch vor Kalamata und die Stadt selbst. Zur Straße hin sieht es so aus, als hätte das Haus nur eine Etage, es hat aber zwei, wie sich herausstellt (Hanglage halt). Oben ist ein großer Raum (Küche/Wohnzimmer), das Bad und ein kleiner Balkon mit Grill. Unten ein großes Schlafzimmer und ein weiterer Raum - aus beiden kann man auf eine geräumige Terrasse treten. "Nina and her family are excellent hosts and the property is well set up and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Would suggest having a car however as public transport is very limited and there are no ubers etc. Thankyou Nina you made us feel very welcome"

"Everything about the property was lovely. It was clean and very comfortable. The welcome was excellent and the views from the property were lovely. However, sadly the fact that outside the entrance to our room were approximately 6 cats so we couldn’t leave the door open for fresh air. Such a shame as we were very happy with the accommodation."
