"This property is so conveniently located and was extremely clean, well-maintained, and felt like home. We never really used the kitchen, but it had everything you would need. Beautiful view of the mountains and ocean. Having an oversized parking space below the apartment was very convenient. Oscar went out of his way to check in several times to make sure we were enjoying our stay. We loved our stay here and will definitely be returning."

There are a few things the owner could have done to make it a better experience for renters - the master bedroom closet was locked (not labeled as locked) but they did not provide anywhere for us to hang up clothes in the master bedroom. The master bathroom shower had an extra shelf unit in it - which was good in theory - but it was not secured and it tipped over easily which could be a hazard to some renters.
