Beautiful and comfortable Two Bedrooms Beach Condo

My place is close to restaurants, family-friendly activities, the beach, supermarket is walking distance, all services, nightlife and variety of souvenirs, and shops. You’ll love my place because of the people, the outdoors space, close to the pool but not too close! there are several pools to enjoy, the neighborhood is very quiet and safe. Condo has lush gardens, nice front patio and balcony on the second level.
** We, here in Costa Rica, have done an amazing job at controlling this easily spreadable and dangerous new virus. With that being said, my cleaning crew and I are reserving one day before and after each reservation to deeply clean the entirety of this condo. We are religiously following all of the protocols set forth by the ministry of health to insure the safety of all of our guests. If you are interested in extending your reservation, please notify me first so we can adjust our cleaning processes to best prepare for future guests.

Coco stat

Luis was an excellent host. He was helpful before and during our stay. He answered all of our questions quickly and offer support for our stay. The property manager, Cynthia met us as we arrived and was helpful throughout the month we were in Costa Rica. She dealt with any issues quickly. I would recommend Luis’ property to others.

Coco Sunset Hills

The place was beautiful and in a great location. The local people were super friendly and the condo had security 24/7. Only issue we had was that the sheets were dirty when we arrived and the overall cleanliness of the place was subpar. We had to clean the sheets after arriving due to them having stains. Luis was very attentive but Cynthia not so much.

Excellent place to stay, clean, modern and within a short distance to walk to the beach or town.

My family and I stayed in this condo for a week and loved the location which was close to town, close to the beach and there is a coffee shop, a few restaurants and a small grocery store a block away, an easy walk. If you decide to take a taxi into town or back home after a night out, the standard rate was $2.00 American. The condo was modern, nicely decorated, was very spacious, very clean, had everything you will need along with the condo complex. The pools were beautiful and the staff from the Gardeners to Security were all very friendly. The owner and property manager maintained contact leading up to our stay and the property manager checked in to ensure everything was ok and was prompt at returning texts for any questions. The check out was just as easy. My whole family loved this condo and we would recommend it to anyone. Thank you for such a great stay!

Wonderful stay at Sunset Coco Hills

Just returned home and I miss it already. We had a great stay. The condo was everything we hoped it would be. The security staff at the complex were all super friendly. Beds were very comfortable and we were so glad that the air conditioning worked perfectly. Nice surprise that you get Netflix here. Luis and Cynthia were wonderful to deal with. I would highly recommend staying at this property. and hope to again some day.

Perfect spot to relax!

Me and my family enjoyed very much this place to get some rest. Very quiet, clean, nice pools, well located, nice neighbourhood. Our host Cynthia was great and available to answer all requests. We highly recommend :)

Coco Sunset Hills

Clean, quiet and easy access to beach and restaurants. We were up early every morning out the door exploring the different beaches and towns close by. Cynthia was very helpful, and the check in and out process was seamless. Vamos Rent-A-Car was very easy to deal with, no problems. We will definitely be back, and look forward to staying at Coco Set Hills again!

Great Peaceful Stay

Great condo apartment. There were some issues with the AC failing to work several time in the main living space, however it was promptly fixed. Grounds were clean and all workers were polite and respectful. Cynthia was difficult to get a hold of for someone who does not have a local calling plan.

Easy Walkability

My husband and I rented Luis's place and it is everything described. The condo is clean and spacious. The condo complex outdoor space is well maintained by staff, very lush and green. Cynthia was helpful in getting us settled in on our first day and available for questions. The beach is about three blocks away, and if you look up in trees you can see monkeys. Several restaurants and small mini-market within easy walking distance. Small yoga studio in town for those who practice. Overall our stay was delightful, can't wait to go back!

The condo was very spacious .Everything was in working order. Nice, clean with good spaces.. the bed is comfortable, kitchen is full equipped, air conditioning worked efficiently, the pool is right next to the condo. and the location is really convienent. We were close to town and local grocery and restaurants. Walking distance to the beach and town (10 minutes), there wasn't an ocean view although you could hear the ocean from our room and see the ocean if you are using the top view pools.Cynthia was always there if we had any issues, Overall great experience..

Beautiful place!! By far the best around!

The property was just like the picture. Beautiful and safe! Our driver from the airport was fabulous! He stayed with us until we were in the condo. We did have to wait about 1 1/2 hours for someone to show up with the keys. That was super frustrating but our driver stayed with us and made sure we were in before he left. He spoke the language so was able to communicate with the people who were suppose to meet us.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. Plenty of room for our family of 5. Clean condo, clean and secure grounds. Super close to the beach, 3 blocks roughly. The pools at the condo were nice. The round pools were perfect as the shallow one was safer for my youngest, while the older kids went to the deeper pool. Thanks

Nice pools!

The location is good because it is slightly off the main road but a close walk into the main town/beach area. The condo was clean and so was the property. There are nice views and fun pools my son and I enjoyed. There wasn’t a lot of extra things at the condo like coffee, soaps or spices/oils for cooking. Overall, the condo was comfortable, but we were gone most of the time on the beach! Cynthia, the property manager was helpful and gave us good information on the area.

Just minutes from the beach

The condo was as discribed. We used the kitchen everyday. It had basic supplies and utensils. Make sure you bring any spices you may need. We were just minutes from the beach and about a mile from the Main Street that runs through Playas del Coco. The pools were great to cool off after a day of hiking or fishing. Beds were comfortable and the A/C was quick to cool down the rooms. Would stay here again.

Our family enjoyed our stay here, everything was clean and comfortable. Although we did have a hiccup with the wifi that they offer. So we told the owner that we didn't have wifi, she tried to come to fix it but there was a technical problem and said she would get back to us but never did. We ended up having no wifi for 6 days basically. Its a minor thing but in these days wifi is essential for communication and information that we need.

NICE place close to the beach and a lot of pool

It is realy like the picture , clean and safe , good stuff inside ( pans knife etc...) Maybe need a refresh on the painting and a new lock for the door but everything else is ok Bonjour le condo est exactement comme sur les photos , Il est grand confortable et bien équipé . Nous avons passé un mois magnifique avec comme de raison plein de soleil , une chance que les 6 piscines du condo étaient a notre porté ( tres pres du condo ) Les deux petits points d'améliorations sont le rafraichissement de la peinture et de mettre une nouvelle arrure sur les portes d'entrées ( difficile a barrées et meme barrées si on tire sur la porte elle s'ouvre ) Tres bon qualité prix a notre avis . La mer est a 3 mins max a pieds et une longue plage vous attends pour une marche facile . Merci Luis de nous avoir permis d'utiliser votre condo

Beautiful condo in lovely setting

The condo itself is gorgeous with lovely modern decor and it is spacious. The dishes and pots are very good quality. The pools are wonderful. It is a pleasant ten to fifteen minute walk down the beach to downtown. Taxis cost only $2 so it is nice to get a ride back when you buy groceries. There is also a good little market, restaurants, and bakery at the entrance to the condo . Luis and Cynthia are most accommodating and helpful. Rosa, the cleaning lady is a gem. The security guys are always checking and very friendly. Carlos is an excellent driver. We loved our month here and look forward to returning.

Very nice and affordable

This was in a great location and very affordable. Near the beach and on a large, safe and nice complex. Great pools great lay out. The kitchen does not have a stove fyi, but we were still able to make some nice meals. They have done some great improvements to the unit, but could use a nice coat of inside paint. Otherwise the bedding and beds were great and comfortable. Wonderful AV equipment, tvs is every room and free wifi. It was a great way to explore the area beaches. Highlight was renting a boat from Elvis in town near the budget rent car office who books tours. He took us on a boat ride to a private beach where we swam and snorkeled. Luis is very accessible and were we escorted to his unit by Cynthia who was just great. A very nice rental unit.
