This studio is a true ski-in/ski-out being only steps away from the Toby chair. Take the Village Gondola to the upper village in minutes to grab your morning latte or a bite to eat. Seize the day by taking advantage of the world-class skiing and golf, then return to your suite for a nightcap and a perfect night's rest. Access Panorama Ski Resort's pools, hot tubs and more!

LIVING ROOM
The living room features a smart TV and a decorative fireplace for that cozy mountain ambiance (*glow logs only as per strata regulations.)


STUDIO/SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
Featuring a queen-sized bed that will have you never wanting to wake up. You can close the blackout curtains to treat yourself with a little extra shuteye. There's also a single fold-out bed in the closet for additional sleeping space (all bedding provided.)


KITCHEN
This is a fully stocked kitchen, with everything you need to cook even the largest of meals!

Coffee maker
Fridge/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a toaster.

PATIO
With mountains as your backdrop and lots of seating for everyone, enjoying time on this patio is a must! The propane grill will work great all year for you to chef your favorites.


LAUNDRY
There is a washer and dryer available for your use down in the parkade it is coin laundry that costs $3 per load. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets are supplied.


PARKING
You will have access to the first-come-first-served underground parkade and street parking for your vehicle(s.).


PANORAMA > INVERMERE SHUTTLE
The shuttle to Invermere runs 9 times per day in the winter months. It will pick you up at the Ski Tip Lodge in the upper village. The first shuttle is at 9:47 AM. The last shuttle of the day returns at 10:21 PM.


CONSUMABLES
Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.


CHECK-IN/OUT
After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.

We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there's something you need during your stay with us.

These Condos are only a short walk to the Toby Chair, Village Gondola, and the Toby Creek Pool (summer only). A two-minute ride up the Village Gondola provides quick access to the Mile 1 Express, the Panorama Springs Hot Pools, and Upper Village amenities. Horsetheif is right next to the general store which is also the liquor store for the resort.


Please note that Panorama Mountain Resort charges a daily resort fee (varies from $15-$35/night based on the size of the unit) to all resort guests. Any/all applicable fees will be included in the booking cost shown during your initial reservation. Unfortunately, we cannot reduce or remove these fees, and each unit in the resort is subject to them as of November 1, 2024.


To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal.

Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
* You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
* You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
* You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.


HOUSE RULES:
1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.

2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 3 people.

3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.

4. Although non-shedding pets under 50lbs are permitted (with prior approval) on the property, we ask that you please keep them off the linens and furniture. Any excessive dog hair or damage will be charged to the guest's name on the reservation.

5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.

6. Any items that are mistakenly left behind that you wish to have returned will be shipped via Cash on Delivery along with a $30.00 admin fee.

7. Please know that there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool area. Kids under the age of 14 are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times. We also ask that you please refrain from bringing glass on the pool deck.

Ski trip

We arrived early evening and were welcomed by lovely Christmas lights and warm cozy interior all around. Stay was very appreciative and location was ideal for hitting the mountain for some ski days. The set up was perfect and the heated floor in the bathroom was appreciated.

Nice get away

Property was as advertised, very nice cute space to stay with the family. Only thing I’d mention that wasn’t ideal is that there was no key- card ready for us at check in… but we were able to call management and they had it out there right away, so great customer service!

We had a fantastic stay. The location is great, the unit is well equipped and very comfortable. We especially appreciated how cold it stayed despite the current heat wave. Sleeping at night was very comfortable, I’d highly recommend this property.

Very impressed with everything about our stay. Extremely easy-to-use guest portal helped answer all our questions up front, and when we needed to communicate directly, the response time was pretty much immediate. clean well appointed suite

This is a nice, lower level unit in the Horsethief townhouse complex. It faces the road with no views of the mountains. Sound dampening between the lower units and the upper ones is minimal. Suggest booking an upper unit with views and less noise.

Nicely appointed property. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay, including close proximity to the Toby lift. Just note that the extra bad is a pull out caught. The lovely leather couch in the living area is not pull out.

Fun in the mountains

Everything was great, however we double checked if there was a dishwasher which we were told there was. No dishwasher. You had dish washing soap pads but no dishwasher. LOL Great access and we enjoyed our stay. One other note my wife had to clean fridge as it was sticky no big deal. Thanks

Panorama skiing!

We enjoyed our stay and loved the ski in-ski out access to the lift. The main level was great for our 14 year old dog; it was easy taking her out for walks. The space is very comfortable and cozy. The fridge was a little small but we got by. We had an issue with the TV and the management company was very responsive! Would definitely stay there again!

Relaxing at Panorama

This was our first visit to Panorama. The condo’s location is perfect to walk to all attractions and activities. It is on the ground level with a beautiful grass area in front, which is perfect when you bring your dog along.

My wife and I recently stayed at this property for a week during the summer. The unit is perfect for a couple and their dog, we really enjoyed our stay. The location is central to everything on the hill, while still being tucked away in a cool corner of the building. It was 36 one day and still cool in the suite. The unit has everything you need, with extra bedding incase someone is crashing on the couch. The only thing I’d add is for the owners to buy two old putters to add to their front closet (tennis racquet already available) so people can easily enjoy the mini golf. 10/10 would recommended and we’ll be back.

This property has everything you need to enjoy a quick getaway to Panorama. Great quiet location. Easy checkin and instructions made it a stress free relaxing weekend. The property was cozy with good amenities. My only small complaint was the pillows and bedding. The duvet was too small for the Queen size bed and the pillows were needing replacement. Thanks for letting us buoy Nature’s Nook.
