This brand-new Nordix townhome is slope side of Panorama Mountain Resort's Silver Platter lift. Each bedroom is full of high-end furnishings & has a private, full ensuite bathroom. After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days before check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.

The Nordix townhomes are a new slope-side development on the base of Panorama's Silver Platter chair. This location provides quick access to the 138 mountain trails, and a a short walk to Pano's shopping, dining options & hot pools. Whether you're looking to ski, mountain bike, cross-country ski, or just kick back in the hot pools, Panorama has everything you need to live out your mountain fantasy.


Please note that Panorama Mountain Resort charges a daily resort fee (varies from $15-$35/night based on the size of the unit) to all resort guests. Any/all applicable fees will be included in the booking cost shown during your initial reservation. Unfortunately, we cannot reduce or remove these fees, and each unit in the resort is subject to them as of November 1, 2024.


To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal.

Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
* You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
* You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
* You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.


HOUSE RULES:
1. Please respect the neighbours and the quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.

2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 8 people.

3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.

4. A maximum of 2 pets per reservation will be allowed. We ask that you please keep them off the linens and furniture. Any excessive dog hair or damage will be charged to the guest's name on the reservation.

5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.

6. Any items that are mistakenly left behind that you wish to have returned will be shipped via Cash on Delivery along with a $30.00 admin fee.

7. Hot tub use should be restricted to 30 minutes and avoided by anyone who may be pregnant. After each use, it is the guest’s responsibility to add 1 cap of boost granules (chlorine granules) into the middle of the hot tub while the jets are turned on for 20 minutes. Please leave the lid open for 45 minutes and remember to close the lid to avoid turning it into a cold plunge! We find that this is best done at the end of the evening as the hot tub should not be used for 3 hours following the chlorine cycle. If you remove the chlorine floater during your use it is the guest’s responsibility to make sure it is placed back in the hot tub after each use. We ask that if you are enjoying a beverage in the tub you only use plastic cups. If the hot tub water is not properly maintained and requires more than 1 site visit for maintenance and/or a full drain and refill, there will be an additional charge of $400.00.

8. For your garbage and recycling, please ensure it is stored inside at all times to avoid attracting wildlife. Prior to departure, please take it to the Panorama Transfer Station on your right-hand side as you are heading back towards Invermere. Please note that there will be a $50 removal fee if garbage is left in the unit, so we recommend bringing it by periodically during your stay to make checkout easier.

Great location, 2 minute walk to the platter lift. Hot tub and Pano hot pools were both great. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. Would definitely recommend.

Unit is in good (new) shape, well equipped along with a nice location. The resort is also impressive and has a lot going for it year round. Mid level entrance is handy as well so you can avoid hauling groceries and such up one flight of stairs.

Take a picture of everything as we were charged 50.00 for a hot tub cover clip that was already cracked. The clip is a 3.00 cost and is plastic. Was probably cracked through normal wear and tear from many visitors using the hot tub. We didn’t even clip the cover. There were also a lot of long dark hairs everywhere the place was not cleaned very well. When you get there be prepared to carry your luggage from a garage up 15 very steep stairs and the pool is very far you will need to drive. There also was construction going on that started at 6 every morning waking everyone up Overall this place was not represented accurately in the listing

It is a beautiful property and we had a wonderful stay. The listing is accurate in that the location of all the bedrooms are listed (it states ground level bedroom) but it was unexpected that the third bedroom needs to be accessed via the garage and is very separate from the living space. We also weren’t aware of the surrounding construction that started early in the morning and continued until sun down, but this is temporary. The property is beautiful and clean and very well equipped . If you are aware of the construction and the garage bedroom you will have a most enjoyable stay. The linens and bedding were top notch, it’s beautifully decorated, very good appliances. A wonderful stay.
