"My wife and I have stayed here many times for short layovers. Check-in was a bit slow, but the staff are eager and helpful. The store next door was good for bringing in some outside food (due to Celiac needs). Breakfast was good, but the wait staff are a little too eager to make suggestions."

"I really was impressed with the JW. The rooms were new, beds comfortable, service was great in most areas like the breakfast area and the concierge. Very helpful and smooth business stay. Just the bar was lacking in service. Great place to stay in Kolkata. 25 min from the airport. My driver Ranjun was great and drove me around to various appointments for the day. He was excellent."
