Seaside Paradise is a stunning 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom, 1700 sqft townhome located in the tranquil Prominence North neighborhood. This elegantly designed home features beautiful furnishings, coastal décor, and stainless steel appliances in the fully equipped kitchen. The spacious layout includes a master bedroom with a king bed, a guest bedroom with a queen bed, a guest bedroom with a full-over-full bunk bed and trundle, and a sleeper sofa in the living room, accommodating up to 10 guests. With a washer and dryer, and convenient parking for two vehicles, this townhome ensures a comfortable stay. Take a dip in the community pool, just steps from your door, and enjoy a relaxing beach vacation at Seaside Paradise!

Families will love the fantastic amenities Prominence has to offer. The 5,000 sq. ft. pool includes a zero-entry feature, seasonally heated sections, cabanas, a bathhouse, and shaded relaxation areas with hammocks. Outdoor dining pavilions, grills, and fireplaces add to the fun. The beach is easily accessible by bike, and Prominence has a dedicated golf cart vendor for easy transportation. Nearby attractions include Deer Lake State Park and its beautiful boardwalk, perfect for picnicking, swimming, and fishing. Prominence’s prime location offers easy access to local dining, shopping, and entertainment, making it the ideal spot for a peaceful beach getaway.

This townhome is sure to give you the perfect peaceful beach vacation! Only a short drive from the beach access, this community is also near Deer Lake State Park which boasts a boardwalk across the dunes that offers easy access to the beach where visitors can picnic, swim and fish. It also offers a spectacular view of the dune ecosystem, one of 11 natural communities found in the park! While it is popular, there are a few things to keep in mind: There is a parking area at the access (approx. $3 for parking) Bathrooms are also available at the access. The walk from the parking area to the beach is a bit longer than most area accesses.

AREA ATTRACTIONS:

“The Big Chill” is the community center for Prominence and is only a quick 5 minute walk from your condo. The The Big Chill offers something for folks of all ages and tastes, from tacos and tequila, to wings, burgers and shakes, a stop here is quick, tasty and convenient, and comes with a side of entertainment at the outdoor amphitheater. It's a great place to catch a concert, sporting event, or a movie on the lawn.

Prominence is located just east of Seagrove and west of Watersound and Eastern Lake. Seaside and Rosemary are a short car ride away in either direction.

Seaside is a short drive away and is most widely known for being featured in the Truman Show with Jim Carrey. Its incredible architecture has helped to make it famous but also its faithful replication of the kind of seaside town that used to be common up and down the coast. Seaside has its own Farmer's Market, post office, Repertory Theater and neighborhood school. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine and the incredible architecture that makes Seaside famous, There are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Grouper Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 970 feet out from the Inlet Beach access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Grouper Reef is at a depth of 12-21 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

There was hair on the floor of the upstairs bathrooms. There was a leak on kitchen faucet. There was no response to my email about a key for the golf cart. No path to the beach we had to drive to find a beach.

September Vacation

This is the third time that we have stayed in a Prominence property. This property has all that you will need for your stay. We had a small issue with a knob on the primary bedroom closet. We make one call to RealJoy and their technician made two trips to correct the issue. The space was very clean and all appliances were in good working order. Would highly recommend this property for anyone's vacation.

Bad weather,good trip

This property is beautiful. The size is perfect for our family, the kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed, and the availability of adult and kid bikes, along with the golf cart were a nice addition. I liked that the property had security guards visible and patrolling. It definitely made it more relaxing to allow teenagers to ride bikes around the community. The staff at RealJoy were very polite and accommodating and I would definitely rent a property they manage again. The only 2 cons to this property were: 1. The two smaller rooms had no dresser or chest to unpack into. When staying somewhere for 7 days, we like to unpack and put our things away. I feel like every room should have some place to put your things and not have to live out of a suitcase. RealJoy sent over extra hangers for us, but a chest of some sort for things that do not hang would be nice. 2. Prominence has the worst cell service I have ever experienced. I was told that the HOA voted down a cell tower and I think that is a huge mistake. The wifi worked very well, but not being able to answer important work calls is a problem. Also, not being able to reach your teenager while allowing them to have a little freedom and go to the shops or ride bikes is not ok for me. I have stayed in Prominence twice now, and both times I was unhappy about this. I would love to stay here again, but most likely will not until the cell service improves. We had a wonderful time despite the terrible weather and were very happy with this property.

Great condo.

This was a great property and exactly as described. The community has few amenities however and is densely populated. The condo itself was very clean and comfortable. I doubt anyone has lived in this unit as it does have very limited extras. Bring most everything you need. The kitchen had adequate pans and dishes but not much else. Not even salt & pepper. The unit does not have a grill. Grilling would need to be done at the common space pool area. Overall a nice place and comfortable.

We had the absolute best time! The pictures of this property don’t even do it justice, it was beautiful and just perfect! The community resort style pool and short bike ride to the beach made this place the perfect spot for my husband and our friends for the week.

Amazing time!

We totally enjoyed, the accommodations, pool and location. We thoroughly enjoyed the bikes that came with the property. The Pool was wonderful. The beach was a little further then the .5 mile that the listing stated. And the board walk was a long walk, but once we were on the beach we forgot all about the walk. Beautiful, clean beach.
