Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

Maximum Guest Occupancy: 6 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.)

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and all essential cookware. Enjoy the BBQ grill and outdoor dining area—perfect for evenings under the stars. Outdoor Shower is located behind the black-and-white striped door in the fenced yard. Washer and dryer available for guest use.

Parking:

Free parking on premises in the driveway for up to 2 large vehicles (or 3 compact cars). Please avoid blocking neighboring driveways.

Crib, books, and games are available for families traveling with children. The shed in the backyard is not made available to guests.

Trash removal is scheduled for Mondays and Thursdays. Please place the trash bids curbside no earlier than 4pm the day prior to scheduled collection days. For all non-pick-up days, garbage must be kept in sanitary, covered, and secured trash containers that are stored out of street view.

Exterior security cameras are present at the front and back doors of the home for guest safety and property security.

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
