Time Away 30A - LSV, Bikes & Steps from Pool

Welcome to Time Away 30A! A pocket of peace awaits you in the highly sought-after Prominence North community in the heart of the iconic 30A, located in between popular Seaside and Rosemary Beach, across the street from the wildly popular, The Hub/The Big Chill. A low speed vehicle (6-seater, street legal golf cart) is included in your stay so that you can enjoy all of the scenery that 30A has to offer!

Everything you need for the most perfect getaway is here in this custom 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom home that sleeps 9 comfortably. Master bedroom has an ensuite bath with a large, walk-in rain shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and bunk room has 3 twins and a full bed. These two rooms share a full bath with a bathtub. Each bedroom has quality bedding and large Smart TVs.

The eat-in kitchen features a gas cooktop, large island, granite countertops, Keurig coffee maker and stainless-steel appliances. Just bring the food and coffee!

Looking for a pool? No problem! One of the best pools on 30A is a 5,000sq/ft, zero depth pool just a quick walk across the street from Time Away 30A. Enjoy a private patio that backs up to a nature reserve. Sit outside with your morning coffee or a good book and enjoy all of the peaceful nature sounds.

Where's the beach? We're glad you asked! Take the 6-seater golf cart or one of the 4 adult and 2 children's bikes available at the house and swing to the right or left. In 5-10 minutes to the left, you'll be at Gulf Lakes Access and to the right, just a quick ride away you'll find yourself at the newly renovated Deer Lake State Park Access (August 2022). Both beaches have emerald waters and sugary white sand. Enjoy our beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, cooler and beach towels at the beach! Enjoy passing the beautiful inland dune lakes on the way. There are only 4 places in the world that have inland dune lakes and 30A is the only one on this side of the planet.
