“She’s the One”; fantastic Seacrest Beach home on nature trail, 4 adult bikes!

Welcome to She’s the One! This lovely Seacrest home is sure to please with a welcoming floor plan, modern decor and space for everyone to spread out. She’s the One is also small dog friendly with prior approval and pet fee!
The house backs up to the Seacrest Beach nature trail, which provides a beautiful wooded view, plenty of privacy and a great place to enjoy a walk or jog. The Seacrest Beach community offers green spaces, pocket parks, sidewalks, dining and shopping, private beach access and a huge resort style pool. For much of the year, the community also provides free tram shuttle services to the beach. Rosemary and Alys Beaches are both a few minutes walk from the house where you can shop, enjoy a great meal, or just explore the area.
She’s the One welcomes you to relax from the minute you step onto the covered front porch; sit for awhile with a refreshing drink and watch the world go by. The entry way is spacious and bright, with cathedral ceilings, plenty of natural light and modern beachy decor.
The entry, living, dining and kitchen spaces are part of the open floor plan, allowing for easy conversation with everyone in your group. The kitchen is well equipped for preparing a nice meal, and the spacious dining area offers plenty of seating.
The house has a laundry room with a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.
The main level has three bedrooms and three full baths. The first bedroom is equipped with two twin beds, and a closet. It opens into a full bath with a glassed in shower. This bath is also accessible from the hallway.
The secondary master bedroom overlooks the walking trail and is drenched in natural light. The room has an en-suite bathroom with a glassed in shower.
The master bedroom has a charming Juliet balcony overlooking the wooded nature trail and offering a cozy space to enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine while you listen to the birds and enjoy the Florida sunshine. The master bedroom also features an en-suite bathroom with a glassed in shower and a separate soaking tub.
Heading downstairs you will find a spacious secondary living space, perfect for hanging out. There are books, games, and a television to enjoy from the comfort of the large sectional couch.
The lower level has a bunk room with 4 twin bunk beds. There is also an attached bath with a tub/shower combo.
The lower level leads out to a covered patio with seating. A sink, mini fridge and grill, make it a fun space to enjoy while grilling a meal or just relaxing. The back area has a picnic table and outside seating for soaking up sunshine.
There is also an outdoor shower for rinsing the sand away from your beach day.
Spend some time exploring Seacrest, Rosemary and Alys Beach. There are some great restaurants, along with fun shops, coffee shops, hidden pocket parks and outdoor entertainment.
