🛏️ Where You'll Sleep~
- Primary Bedroom: King bed, Smart TV, ceiling fan, and en-suite bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower.
- Guest Bedroom: Queen bed with Smart TV and plenty of storage.
- Bunk Room: Custom-built Twin-over-Twin bunk beds—a great retreat for the kids!
- Pack 'n Play provided for your little one.

📍 Beach Access Options~
- Deer Lake State Park (closest, 0.5 mi): 3 min drive, 5 min golf cart ride, or 15 min walk. New restrooms, grills, and parking for cars and golf carts. The boardwalk is about a quarter mile long. $3 per vehicle, cash on site or reserved ahead. The gate closes at 6 PM.
- Seabreeze: About 5 min by golf cart or 8 min by bike, heading east on 30A. Park on the north shoulder of 30A and use the crosswalk.
- Gulf Lakes: Best by bike on the path along the south side of 30A. Bike racks available. No golf cart parking on the south shoulder near the access.
- Walton Dunes: About a 7 min drive or a quick cart or bike ride. No boardwalk or steps, so you walk right onto the sand. Easy to drop off people and gear before parking in the nearby lot, and local vendors offer beach service here.
- Inlet Beach Regional Access: About 15 min by car. Lifeguards, restrooms, showers, and lots of parking. Cars only; golf carts can't be driven there.

📌 Other Things to Note
- Parking: Driveway parking for 2 vehicles directly in front of the garage door (Unit B). No street parking available; overflow parking is located in South Prominence.
- The Northside pool is seasonally heated Oct/Nov, Dec 21 - Dec 31 and March/April!
- Age Requirement: Minimum age to rent is 21.
- No Pets: Apologies, no furry friends are allowed at the home. We appreciate your understanding!
- Vacation Disruptions: While rare, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. These occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience.
