  • Exquisite Custom-built home in the prestigious gated community of WaterSound Beach! This amazing home has 5 en-suite bedrooms total - 4 in the Main House and an additional bedroom in the carriage house. The Main House also has an 3 story elevator & all encompassing Gulf views from the Tower. This home's Private Pool can be heated for an additional fee of only $45 per day ($180 minimum). The list of custom features are endless and designed to maximize the special indoor/outdoor connection of this home. Inside, the interior spaces include incredible finishes throughout such as walnut floors, marble and granite countertops, custom wood moldings, 200-year-old reclaimed beams, plus Sub Zero & Wolf appliances. Outside, there are two amazing 8' rain walls dramatically splashing 10' down into an over-sized square pool, along with numerous spacious porches where you can relax. The Main House has 2 fully equipped kitchens plus a 3rd kitchen in Carriage Home, perfect for large families.

    This beachfront community boasts a network of winding, wooden boardwalks, bridges and trails that connect the community’s homes, cottages and condominiums, offering picture-perfect views of a largely untouched and uncrowded stretch of white-sand beach. The rare Coastal Lake of Camp Creek allows for kayaking, boating, yolo boarding, and long walks on many scenic winding boardwalks.

    Activities are abundant all along Scenic Hwy 30-A and South Walton. Eclectic shops, unique galleries, and award - winning dining are all a part of the area's distinct character. Outdoor activities are abundant within the four state parks, a state forest, 15 rare coastal dune lakes and the Gulf of Mexico. If boating & fishing are your passion - this region offers some of the best! The beautiful Gulf of Mexico, the area's 17 freshwater and saltwater lakes, Choctawhatchee Bay, West Bay and St. Andrews Bay provide unmatched opportunities for fishing and water sports. Beautiful home with an awesome neighborhood!

This home is stunning and has a great view from the look out tower. The beach area is very pretty and easy to get to! Our trip was great and we would definitely come back to this home.

Our family had a wonderful experience. The house with all its furnishings were fabulous.

I would recommend staying at this house. There is enough room accommodate 10 people comfortably. The beach is close by and the view is spectacular. There is also a large pool close to the house. There are many wonderful restaurants and stores near by.

Wonderful, comfortable home. Host was very helpful with special needs. Area is very beautiful and we would love to return. Excessive property and hoa rules tend to be confusing but we did not let that dampen our love for watersound.

Great property!

This couldn’t have been a better set up for us. The house was very clean and a great lay out. The neighborhood is amazing with great amenities and the beach is gorgeous. With the big chill down the street and the other beach towns within easy biking distance, we were able to bike every morning and then spend the rest of the day relaxing on the beach!

Beautiful home with 5 bedrooms including carriage house. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. They had bicycles and a golf cart for use around the neighborhood. We rode bikes to the Big Chill and used the golf cart to go to the beach. We hired people to set up beach chairs since we were a family of 7 adults and one infant. We rented a crib for the baby and it made it so easy. Everything was beautifully maintained and it even had an elevator for luggage and groceries We would stay there again!!

Wonderful Family Vacation

Our group of 10 enjoyed this beautiful and spacious home. The proximity to the beach was very walkable. The beach itself was very nice and not overcrowded. We initially had a few minor issues that we reached out to the property manager about. The property manager was prompt in her response and quickly addressed the issues which was much appreciated. Overall, it was a wonderful stay!

Overall was a great trip in nice home. Few minor hiccups but owner was responsive in resolving. Kitchen could be stocked a little better. Felt like we had to go to other kitchens to gather items, although not the end of the world. Hooks in bathrooms would be nice to hang towels. Enjoyed our stay at this nice home!

Perfect home for families or couples

We had a two week stay in this gorgeous home. Having the bedrooms located on several floors , plus a carriage house, was very conducive to privacy and comfort. This house is a very short distance to the beach, which was the most uncrowded we have been to on 30a. The kitchen was very well stocked and had everything we needed. The crows nest has beautiful ocean views and is the perfect place to see the sunset. The Watersound neighborhood is gorgeous and would be hard to top! Highly recommend this gorgeous home!

The home and property are beautiful! However, there are WAY too many rules that you are not made aware of until 48 hours. It was difficult to enjoy ourselves in the home for fear of breaking a rule. There were some small itemsthat I shared in a personal email to the owner, who was great to work with.

Positives: Great location and beautiful house for large families. Great communication with property manager. Bonus that 4 bikes and cart come with house, though the bike lock code provided on check-in was not correct. Negatives; Very poorly equipped kitchen for such a nice house (had to buy a spatula and 2 dishtowels) and poorly equipped bathrooms (some rooms only had 1 bath towel); some broken fixtures; furniture was worn and looked like it had been rented; and upstairs drain on dishwasher/sink had a very strong and offensive foul sewer odor that could not be fixed despite prop manager sending cleaning tablets. I would rent this property again but be prepared to bring some of your own items that should otherwise be provided with such a premium property.

Beautiful home

The home is spacious and beautiful. Batteries however were missing from all the remotes and we couldn’t watch TV . We bought batteries and then didn’t have any cable or streaming services so that was a problem. Also golf cart needs some maintenance it was not really running properly battery died quickly and wasn’t really dependable for travel to and from the beach.

The house needs a HUGE UPDATE of Furniture , TV's ,blankets, no towel racks, and wine glasses are terrible. Holes in the ceiling and walls. Furniture is ripped stained and old. The bed needs a new mattress and the floor rugs are horrible. This house really needs a 75 inch TV and wires need to be closed off and not exposed very disappointing

Incredible house!

This home was incredible and just as amazing as advertised. I would book it again in a heartbeat. My only feedback was that the kitchen was really poorly stocked. For a home that is around 4,000 Sqft and sleeps 10+, there were only 4 wine glasses, 7 bowls and they were small and plastic. There was no plastic wrap or ziplock bags or containers for food storage. The pans were beaten up. This home has 2 huge kitchens and almost every cupboard is empty. This seems like an easy and inexpensive fix. It was still worth it! The location and expansiveness of the home more than make up for it.
