Sterling Breeze is the most unique condo complex in Panama City Beach, with it’s quaint feel and convenient location. The top floor setting offers breathtaking views of the beach and ocean. You will also appreciate the lagoon, city, and bay views as you enter from the front walkway. The colorful condo is bright from outside sunlight, and features tile throughout. The master bedroom has a private bathroom, the 2nd bathroom is next to the bunk room. The well equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar, and allows the chef to take in the outside view from a command position while cooking or entertaining. The balcony has a dining table and chairs, overlooks the pool deck and beach – and has a grill! If you have a larger group coming, check out our adjacent unit 2306 (VRBO #840058).

This condo has all the amenities of home, including WiFi internet, 2 LED TV’s with cable, washer & dryer, well equipped kitchen, and dimmable lights for comfortable ambiance. It is located only a half mile from the new and expansive Pier Park shopping center. This area offers the finest shopping, dining, and entertainment experiences in Panama City Beach, and more shops are on the way. It is only minutes from the new airport, and shuttle service is available. Trolley service is also available along the beach. For days when you are too tired to dine inside or go out to a restaurant, there are several carryout options within a couple blocks. There is also a snack bar and wine bar on the pool deck. The unique curved shape of the south facing rear of the building enhances the comfort of the pool deck during the winter months.

We are pleased to invite you to experience one of the nicest condos in the area. Enjoy long walks or jogs on the powdery white beach sand, or exercise in the fitness center while looking at the ocean and watching for dolphins. Swim in the infinity pool, or relax in the Jacuzzi. Read a book or watch the waves. Take a nap on the beach or go deep sea fishing. The options are many - and the opportunities are endless.

Wonderful accommodations

The condo was perfect! Beautiful views! And by far the cleanest place i have ever stayed on any vacation! Mike is wonderful to work with. Everyone brags on how nice he and his wife are...and i believe it! No complaints and i will definitely be back!

Owner is fantastic to work with. Location is within walking distance of the pier. Elevators at the complex are slow and often have a line, but the owner prepared us for that complication.

PCB Condo

The condo was in great condition and clean. The bed was very comfortable and appliances worked well. The view of the ocean was amazing. The pool area was crowded, but well taken care of and maintained. Mike was very easy to work with and explained things very well. Dusty's was within walking distance and a great place to eat!

Great view of the ocean! The elevator was relatively quick. I liked having the beach chairs and umbrella. The furniture was very comfortable. Mike responded quickly to all of my needs!

Amazing Views

We had a great vacation and the condo made it even better. The top floor views were unmatched and this was our fifth year in a row to visit Panama City Beach!! Family fall break trip

We stayed at the condo for 4 nights. 2 adults and 4 kids. The beaches were beautiful and clean. The chair rental with the stay was great and easy. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The gym was convenient but a little outdated and very small. The convince of the washer and dryer was very nice. The room was clean and as pictured. The kitchen was well stocked and was only missing a air fryer. Sterling breeze is not located in the main strip area, it is nice but also requires more driving. Would stay here again, next time I think we will look into the larger unit.

Wonderful view from the top!

Owner is super nice and helpful. Condo is beautiful and clean. We had everything we needed for a memorable vacation right there in the condo. The view from the balcony was awesome! We saw dolphins every morning, as well as sharks, rays, and schools of fish. You can see everything from up there! It felt like home away from home. I would definitely stay there again and again!

a little slice of paradise

Mike was great to work with from start to finish he answered every question and was so polite. the property was just as pictured, and the condo was full of so much more than listed (wave board, low water level beach chair, tons and tons of kitchen appliances and gadgets to make it easy to prepare meals at home) however the pool was a great time, the “tiki bar” wasn’t as expected. We loved being so close to pier and seeing sea life all around! We will be staying again one day!! THANKS MIKE

Absolutely wonderful!

We had such a great time. Condo was stocked with everything you would need. There was plenty of space for storage. The property was beautiful and clean. The location is wonderful. Not as crowded, but still close to everything. We would stay here again. Mike was very good with communication and staff was very friendly at Sterling Breeze!

Great condo!!

This property was fantastic! The views are amazing and the location is perfect. We saw manatee, a sea turtle, a shark, and a bunch of stingray. It’s within walking distance to Pier Park which was a huge plus. The owner was awesome and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely book this property again.

Winter Beach trip
