PLEASE NOTE:

- No parties allowed at our home.

- Rental agreement and security deposit between the guest and owner of the property will be required. Renter has to be a minimum of 25 to sign our rental agreement, and the signor must stay at the property.

- Walton County Short Term Rental License: STR23-000827

- Owner/manager may request drivers license off AirBnb platform for liability purposes.

- A $300 security deposit will be collected the day before arrival and refunded four days after departure
