Escape to the beautiful beaches of WaterSound, 30A and choose Prominence North 89C – Sun Times as your home away from home. This 30A vacation rental, located between beautiful Rosemary Beach and Seaside communities, offers incredible amenities, a quick walk or bike ride with the 4 included bikes to area attractions (six minutes by bike to Deer Lake State Park or Gulf Lakes Estates Beach Access), and luxurious finishes throughout. You are in for a treat when you choose to vacation at Sun Times.

Located in WaterSound, Prominence North is situated in a state park. This makes your surroundings feel serene. Take walks through the park, savor views of coastal landscape, and even watch as friendly wildlife including birds interact with their natural habitat.

With two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, Prominence North 89C – Sun Times can easily host up to six guests. Guests will find ample space to unpack, unwind, and unplug. Discover grand finishes including quartz countertops in both bathrooms and the kitchen. Speaking of the kitchen, it comes fully equipped. Whether you are simply brewing a fresh pot of coffee each morning or trying your hand at a delicate seafood recipe, you will be prepared. The living room is beautifully furnished and provides a seat for every member of your family to kick back and relax. Host a family movie night one evening and turn on the Smart TV to choose between your favorite shows and movies. Discover balcony access through the living room overlooking the beautiful community. The luxury characteristics continue into both bedrooms. Find that both the primary and second bedrooms feature a walk-in closet and balcony access. Awesome stay

Location was amazing, pool was awesome. Provided bikes were a lovely bonus. Used Deer state park for the beach since no designated beach access provided but it was amazing. Condo was beautiful and just as pictured. Kitchen stocked with all needed utensils. Rental company very responsive to answer questions. Would stay here again for sure!

Fantastic Everything!

This condo is immaculate! You’d never know it was built 10 years ago, as it felt brand new. The location is fantastic, and the included bikes are an excellent perk. Highly recommend for small families, couples, or friends getaways. Beautiful property with everything you need. Highly recommend!
