Located at Laketown Wharf, you'll be just steps from the postcard-perfect beaches and the famous Pineapple Willy's! This property also has several shops and restaurants located on-site!
Start your day out with a quick workout in the on-site gym, or a stroll on the lakefront boardwalk, then take it easy down by one of the five pools. Ease your muscles in the hot tub or stroll along the beach. Inside, you'll find free WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen, cable, a private washer/dryer, and central A/C. Put your feet up on the balcony at the end of the day and watch the waves roll in.

Offering plenty of adventure and relaxation, this beachside condo has everything you need for a memorable Florida retreat.

Pretty good, would come back

It was a great location and check in was good. The place wasn’t the cleanest when we got there, but it wasn’t bad. There was a resort fee, which wasn’t in the description when I was booking the trip, but overall great for the price!

THE BED WAS LUMPY, CARPET WAS VERY NASTY & DIRTY.THE PATIO DOORS DIDN'T LOCK,THE MICROWAVE PANEL WAS BROKEN.I HAD TO BUY A COMFORT TO SLEEP ON TOP OF THE BED. I WISH COULD SHOW THE PICTURES. I WOULD LIKE SOME OF MY MONEY BACK.

Beach trip

Enjoyed our stay. It could use some small updates. TV remote was broken, was hard to use the down button on it. Microwave keypad was broken but could still use it. Has a nice view of the beach. Across the street from the beach, it was a short walk to the beach. Several restaurants on site or in walking distance to where you don’t really have to leave the resort if you’re there on a busy holiday weekend. All the reviews about the elevators are true but with it being such a big place, there’s really no way around it or fault of the property owner.

Very nice! Beach is literally across the street!

Very nice condo. Plenty of space. View was amazing. Easy access to beach. Restaurants downstairs. Only critique would be not enough towels for 6 people and only a sheet for the pull out couch..there wasn't an extra blanket or pillowcases. But otherwise perfect!

Not what we expected for the $

Although the location is great and the overall checkin process was good and easy, the building and the condo itself had MANY issues. From a distance this resort looks great but when you get up close, it’s quite scary. Our first night we returned from dinner to see a flood of ambulance, police and investigators at the front of the resort with onlookers covering the resort and streets. Come to find out, someone had been shot on the 12th floor and that floor was evacuated. WHAT IS THAT ABOUT! Apparently the night before the entire complex was evacuated because someone pulled the fire alarm (so we were told). This is NOT what I would consider a family appropriate reservation. The traffic that comes through the resort is sometimes VERY questionable. I would not let my 16 year old out of my sight. Also, as for the unit that we stayed in, at $479 a night, I absolutely expected more. Cleanliness was surface deep at best and the items such as the refrigerator and stove were extremely rusted out. The washing machine didn’t work and the sliding doors didn’t lock (major issue after the shooting from day 1). There are very little supplies provided fir the unit in terms of towels, paper products, pots, pans, etc. not up to par with other VRBO rentals that I have stayed at. And again for the resort, it is in need of some major upkeep and upgrades. Rust everywhere, trash everywhere, overall run down. I am sorry to say that I would NOT recommend this to anyone and we will not return. I will try to upload pics to support my review.

Beautiful decor and it was spotless

I felt so at home.My room was far better than any of my family members.It was so clean and fresh.I loved everything about it!!! Hands down ,the best room I've EVER stayed in!!!
