The Master Bedroom is a getaway all in itself, with a splendid custom chandelier, high end memory foam mattress and beautiful all tile shower! The other two bedrooms have plenty of space with a full over full bunkbed, and dual twin over twin bunkbeds in the other. All beds have memory foam mattresses.

The Big Chill provides great outdoor living, food, drinks and fun for the whole family. There is live music, outdoor movies, and great shopping. Kids will be drawn to the ice cream and fun eateries, while enjoying the outdoor games available. Adults have a vast array of drinks and food and an area for kicking back and relaxing with friends and family on beautiful outdoor seating.

🏖️ Beach access:
- Deer Lake State Park Beach Access: Your closest beach access, about 0.65 mi (13 min walk / 2 min drive) away. It has about 50 parking spots, restrooms, and dining pavilions with charcoal grills, plus a long boardwalk (roughly a quarter mile) out to the beach. Entry is $3 per vehicle, payable on site or reserved ahead. Just note the gate closes at 6pm.
- Gulf Lakes Public Beach Access #8: About 1.05 mi (22 min walk) away. There's no car or cart parking here — new signage blocks cart parking along the south shoulder near the access — but there's a bike rack, and a pedestrian path runs along the south side of 30A.
- Seabreeze Beach Access #7: About 1.25 mi (26 min walk / 4 min drive) away. Park along the north shoulder of 30A near the entry and use the nearby crosswalk; there's a bike rack and outdoor shower, but no car/cart lot.

Other things to note:
- Parking is available in the driveway for 2 vehicles at the townhome directly in front of the garage door (unit A). There is no street parking available but there is overflow parking in South Prominence.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 21.
- Apologies, no furry friends are allowed at the home. We appreciate your understanding on this.
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
