Emerald Beach condo 2525 es un Penthouse End Unit 2 habitaciones (ambas con camas King Size) + área de literas 3 camas individuales, un sofá cama Queen con 2 baños completos. Hay un gran balcón con hermosas vistas desde esta unidad del piso 25.

Emerald Beach es un verdadero complejo vacacional, con servicio de botones y no solo un complejo de condominios. Es un complejo frente al mar ubicado a 1 milla al oeste de Pier Park con las mejores comodidades de cualquier resort en piscinas múltiples de PCB. Área orientada a la familia 2 piscinas y jacuzzis a pie en la piscina y zona de chapoteo para niños y snack bar. Un gran bar Tiki junto a la gran piscina climatizada junto a la playa. Todas las piscinas tienen bañeras de hidromasaje al lado.

Hay un Starbucks Coffee Shop y Deli, The Sky Bar Cocktail Lounge en el paseo por encima de la calle desde los 2 estacionamientos muy grandes. Los jacuzzis, la sauna y la sala de vapor están en el lugar que no se encuentran en otros complejos.

Beautiful views!!!

This place had the most beautiful views! Waking up in the master bedroom, there is a panoramic view of the ocean from the bay window all the way to the balcony. The double sliding glass doors to the balcony, from the living room, opens up to a large area overlooking the beach and ocean. It was quiet and peaceful with just the sound of the waves and wind. Nice kitchen. Both bathrooms have amazing bathtubs with one having jets. Very spacious, clean, and overall wonderful place to stay. We had a really great time and will return.

We love Emerald Beach

We love Emerald beach and stay here every year. This is the first time booking through Emerald Coast Destinations. I would not recommend them at all and be leary of this condo. The condo looked beautiful I booked back in March of 2024 for Aug 2024. 3 days before check-in I received a phone called from Emerald Coast Destinations telling me the owner of the condo no longer wanted to rent it for that week. I was absolutely livid that they even allowed this to happen just days before we were set to arrive! Thank goodness they had another unit available, but it ended up being awful and the beds and furniture were so ran down and uncomfortable.... It was awful! I called the management company at least 5 times asking to be compensated for the inconvenience of it all. I left messages everytime with an actual person and never once heard back from the propertuy manager! This condo may be gorgeous and comfortable, I wouldn't know because the owner didn't allow my husband, three children and I to stay! Be leary of this condo and company they may cancel on you with very little notice!

Owner pulled Condo from rental.

Never got to stay here, The Monday before checking in on Sat. I was notified by Emerald Coast Destinations that our reservation had been cancelled due to owner decided to remodel this condo. We were assigned to another condo which was nice but was no where close to where we wanted to stay which was an added expense because we had to Uber to all the locations we usually walk to. We did have some complications at the other condo we were assigned to as far as the chair rental that was to come with the unit was not paid by the owner so we only were able to use the chairs two days out of the seven.

Great Stay!

This property was perfect for our beach trip! We had a few minor maintenance issues but they were addressed and fixed almost immediately! The property managers were super helpful and the entire complex was great! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful home away from home.

My family and friends loved our time in this beautiful condo. The entire property is very well kept. Staff is friendly. 2/3 pools are heated. Fun game room. 10/10 recommend.

Great condo, but the building layout is poorly designed.

The condo itself was great! It was clean, daily well stocked and the view was amazing from the 25th floor. The problem we had was the building layout itself. Having 2 younger kids and the kids pool being across the street from the unit was a bit of a hassle. Also, there is only 1 elevator to the skybridge for the whole building, so expect major delays during check-in or check out hours. Additionally, there is no ramp down to the beach, so if you take a wagon, be prepared to carry it down steps to the beach.

Beautiful Condo

The condo is as the photos show. Beautiful views. The location is perfect; close to great restaurants and Pier Park. Nice lounge in the resort with music and fitness center. Will definitely be staying at Emerald Beach next year!

Nice property. Stayed June 2023. Great veiw and quiet unit with it being on the top floor. Kids loved the bunk beds. The only thing i would fix is the internet doesn't have good rang so the tv in the front bedroom won't connect. Didn't matter much cuz we weren't in the room much. Would definitely stay again had a great trip.

Our fall break 2022 stay

I was extremely disappointed that when we checked in the big tub had a sign saying there was a leak and to not use. The big tub was one of the reasons I had booked this rental due to 3 children. Also the master room did not have a curtain where the door opens and connects to the balcony. The door also doesn’t lock out others so privacy was not a option. I would have personally preferred some more privacy considering all the children and being there with another couple as well. Other than these our condo was great. The view from the master room was gorgeous! The rooms were spacey enough and nicely decorated. We had trouble when first arrived trying to find where everything was located. This area definitely would benefit by having some maps of the place. There was so much local. You can walk to the beach, the swimming pool, to eat out or shop. We didn’t have to travel out much at all and when we did everything was super close by. The pools were too cold for our liking but would definitely be a great place to stay in the summer instead of fall. My family loved that there was also a game area for the kids to play. I enjoyed my Starbucks coffee located inside the building. You could also get ice cream there. They had fun things going on certain nights such as karaoke and bingo but we didn’t get enough time to take part in those. Great place to stay.

Gorgeous View

This is the second time we’ve stayed here but first time on the top floor. Love the layouts of the condos and we seen lots of marine life. Remember to bring binoculars.

Perfect family vacation

We loved the condo. It has amazing views and has become our favorite of all we have stayed in before at Emerald Beach. It was spacious and beautifully decorated. The balcony was also spacious with plenty of seating. We loved having breakfast out there in the mornings. Will definitely stay here again! We go every year and have found our new home away from home!

Would NOT recommend

Sadly , we were very dissatisfied . The Emerald property and condo were rundown , dirty and certainly not worth the money. Here is our experience : 1.There were multiple elevators down daily which lead to 20-30 waits. 2.There was an escalator completly out of use our entire stay. 3. Parking garage is a distance from condo units which lacked enough parking spots for guests and luggage carts . 4. There is not a handicap ramp to the beach. 5. The property floors , walls and elevators were dirty . 6. The Condo unit 2525 was definitely a disappointment . It wasn’t clean , the furniture was well worn with dirty stained fabric and the carpet was matted down . The jet tub was pulled away from the bathroom floor the closet door was off track . It’s unfortunate because we pay a cleaning fee . On all counts , I would definitely NOT recommend Emerald Beach Resort .
