Welcome to our charming 500 sq ft home, ideally suited for a small family or a romantic getaway for two. With a spacious balcony and just a short stroll of approximately 300 steps to the beach, you’ll enjoy the perfect blend of comfort and convenience.

This lovely unit features one bedroom, one bathroom, and a generous private outdoor deck where you can savor your morning coffee, enjoy meals, or unwind with evening drinks under the patio lights while feeling the gentle ocean breeze. Located on the first floor above the parking area, there is a flight of stairs leading to our inviting home.

The fully equipped kitchen comes with all the essentials, including a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and full-size appliances such as a dishwasher, stove, oven, and refrigerator. Linens are provided, excluding beach towels, and a stackable washer and dryer are available for your convenience.

For entertainment, our unit boasts a Smart Roku TV in both the living room and bedroom, allowing you to stream your favorite shows and movies. Xfinity WiFi is also included, and a child’s pack n play is available for your needs. Nearby grocery stores like Publix, Dollar General and Aldi, along with CVS and Dollar General, are all within a mile, making it easy to stock up on essentials. Plus, enjoy dining options like Waffle House and Dunkin’ Donuts just a stone’s throw away.

Our cozy retreat comfortably accommodates up to four adults or two adults and two children. The bedroom features a queen bed with a new memory foam mattress, while the living room offers a sleeper sofa that converts into a full bed.

Situated in the peaceful Villas of Bahamas West Condominium on the quieter west end of Panama City Beach, you can enjoy a serene atmosphere while still being close to vibrant attractions. The public beach access is only about 300 steps (a 3-minute walk) away, ensuring you can soak up the sun without crowded shores.

There’s plenty to explore in Panama City Beach, and we want you to experience it all!

• A 100% refund is available for cancellations made at least 14 days before arrival; a 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days prior.

• No pets allowed.

• A $100 cleaning fee applies.

• Only credit card payments are accepted.

• A $500 refundable damage deposit is required and will be returned to your credit card within 7-14 days post-checkout, provided there are no damages, stolen items, or additional cleaning fees.
