Relax in this calm, stylish space with great oceanfront views of the emerald waters and sugar white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. This beautiful 1 BDRM/1 BATH condo comfortably sleeps 4, 2 in the master suite king bed, and 2 on the beach front queen sleeper sofa. Free WiFi. Large screen smart TV with cable. Complex gives access to beachfront, 3 pools with purchase of resort armband. Sunbird is a gated community with a fun, family atmosphere. Nearby restaurants, fun! Our dear guests MUST be at least 25 to book, and you must be present for the entire stay. (The resort will check your ID upon arrival when you get parking passes and armbands).

Sunbird is a gated community with two 12 story towers with two elevators in each tower. Coastal Happiness has a fantastic ocean view from the balcony and living area. A number of fun activities like Ripley's, Wonderworks, Putt Putt, and restaurants are close by, with the famous Pineapple Willy's next door.

Guest access
Sunbird resort has numerous amenities including the beachfront, 3 pools, and relaxing lounge chairs near the pools. To use these, the guests will need to purchase a resort armband for $5 each. Also, a $30 parking pass will need to be purchased for the gated parking area. These are purchased at the Sunbird office on the ground floor between the two towers. Prices are set by the Sunbird resort, and are subject to change. The armbands are monitored for the safety of the guests.

Other things to note
Our dear guests will be able to rest in our master suite king bed. The living area also has a queen-sized pull out sofa. Our condo is the largest Sunbird floorplan, which is perfect for you to unwind and relax for your beach therapy.

While our condo will be perfect for your vacation, it is not a full-service hotel. Linens and towels are provided for use in the condo, but beach towels are not provided. Also, we provide a "starter pack" that includes:

(1) roll of paper towels
(2) rolls of toilet paper
(2) kitchen trash bags
(2) small trash bags per trash can
(2) dishwasher pods
(1) small dish washing liquid
(1) starter shampoo
(1) starter conditioner
(1) face bar soap

This will get you started for a few days, but for longer stays you may need to bring additional supplies, or buy them locally.

Our condo has both a standard coffee maker and a Keurig, but we do not provide any coffee supplies.
