Awesome condo in great area

We had a great experience. No problems. Balcony and view of ocean was awesome. So close to Pier Park and great places to eat. Beach chairs included was a great bonus, so easy to get to beach with carrying anything. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. No problems checking in or out. Great experience.

sunrise beach resort stay 2210

overall location is really good but lots of traffic on a daily basis during stay (early June). condo was clean, except one trash can had not been emptied, but otherwise its very well-maintaned room and nice property with easy access to the beach and a few restaurants within walking distance. The beach chairs and umbrella that are included are a nice touch. easy check-in/out process and getting a hold of property management for non-emergency assistance during open hours was easy and they were very helpful and professional. only bad thing is I can note is not enough toilet paper was made available during our stay and we had to buy some. but our next rip to pcb I would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay there again.

Great place, just had a few headaches over parking.

We were never emailed for our parking pass registration, so upon arrival we go to the lobby and the women in the office were very rude and said they could not help us, I then called the property management company who tried all they could on a Saturday to help us but with the unit being so new under them they needed to contact HOA. So our cars were parked in a parking garage from Saturday to Monday before we had it all figured out. We did get parking violation warnings even though we talked directly with security about the issues not being our fault. Overall the staff at the sunrise beach condominiums made our stay not feel so much like vacation and more like we were begging for anyone to help us.

Gorgeous View

The property was clean. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. Easy access to the pool and beach. Nice large balcony to take in the view and sound. The owner was quick with responses. It was a nice getaway for our family.

Girl's Trip

The condo was absolutely beautiful! Very spacious and everything was as listed. Condo has everything you need and more and the view from the balcony was awesome. Our girls trip consisted of me, my mother, my sister, my daughter and my daughter's friend and we could not have picked a better place to stay. The owner is amazing too, always quick in replying to messages and sent us our full check-in info well in advance so we were completely prepared. Will definitely be staying here again.

We loved staying here during the 4th of July week. Amazing view of the fireworks and room for all 10 of us to sleep and eat!! We forgot a tablet that the owner was able to mail back to us!!

Bad experience with the owner.

Nice location, nice condo but we have a really bad experience with the owner Carol, after the check out she pretend to charge us a lot of "extras" (pool wrist bands, scuff marks etc)

Great Holiday weekend

We stayed here for the July 4th holiday. I always come to PCB for the summer so I’m not new to the people, heat, etc. The condo was absolutely stunning. Perfect for a large family who needed multiple bedrooms. The view of the ocean was superb and having fireworks shot from the piers within viewing distance to your left and right was amazing. The beach was beautiful and clean. The chairs on the beach were new and nice (I will say I miss the older ones that were connected as it provided a “table” but the new ones are nice as well) Pool area was very well maintained and never overly crowded. I will make note that this is one of few condos I have stayed at that does not have a tiki bar some where on premises but that was not a huge deal breaker for us. Parking was as normal- a slight headache but never too much trouble to find a spot. All 4 elevators were in working order and for us being on the 22 floor- there was only one incident that we waited longer than 5-7 minutes for an elevator (Saturday of arrival) Kudos to the owners for having a very well maintained property and providing an outstanding home away from home for guests like us. We look forward to booking your condo again in the future! **for those reading this review the “negatives” are nothing of the owners faults nor are they out of the ordinary for this time of year/this area. We love PCB and I always try to give the good and “bad” for those who are first timers. This condo is by far on the top of my list to rebook in the future.**

Great place by the beach!

Loved Carol’s condo! Very nice and clean, not to mention comfortable! Steps to the beach; kids loved the pool. Loved drinking coffee overlooking the beach. Beautiful views. Carol had excellent communication; one drain was draining slow and she sent someone right away to fix it. Condo had plenty of space for our family and our best friends. Highly recommend.

Peaceful Retreat

The view from the balcony is amazing, and sitting there relaxes your mind - a form of therapy. The condo is very clean and efficient- just like home. The kitchen was not cramped and was well stocked. There were 6 of us (3 couples) and we loved it - no complaints. Parking was tricky with our 15 seater van but our guys made it! - very convenient when bringing in stuff. We didn’t use the beach chairs because we really don’t like staying too close to other people - but what for? We had a private balcony to see and hear the water at anytime of day. The sunsets were amazing. We’ll be back. Thank you Carol.

Amazing Condo

This condo was amazing. It was Clean, very well decorated, comfortable beds and furniture, wonderful views ect. It was perfect for our family. I wld highly recommend this condo and wld stay here again. The owners were great to work with and they were very prompt to email or text or call when we needed things or had questions. Wonderful stay.
