A stay at this spacious Seacrest Beach 2 BR 2BA luxurious and eclectic condo is sure to create lasting memories. So roomy, yet cozy at the same time, this serene home-away-from-home can accommodate anywhere from one couple for a romantic getaway up to 7 adults comfortably for your next family or friends vacation.

Creature comforts include a king bed plus day bed in the master, 2 doubles in the guest and a queen sized sofa bed in the living area. All beds are luxuriously appointed with high thread count, Egyptian cotton linens, down comforters and pillow-top mattresses.

Modern amenities include:

This light and bright end-unit features: wrap-around floor to ceiling windows, huge balcony perfect for morning coffee or a glass of wine and hors d’oevres at sunset, spacious living room accommodates 7 adults for movie night, roomy dining room seats 6 adults at table plus 3 additional at bar for intimate family dinners.

Night life and activities are abundant. We are located directly between Rosemary and Alys Beach – walking distance to both. Enjoy 12 restaurants/bars, 2 ice cream/candy shops and shopping galore, all within walking distance from the unit. The award-winning community of Seaside, with its quaint cottages and unique design, featuring 50 shops and galleries, superb restaurants and a year-round schedule of entertainment events and activities for the entire family, is only an 8-minute drive down 30A. Publix and Winn Dixie are 5+ minutes away - for your grocery needs. Golf is nearby at the Fazio designed Camp Creek Lake Golf Course plus several other courses including Sandestin just a short drive away. A 17-mile, off-road bike trail runs the length of 30A directly in front of the complex. Bring your own bike or rent one in nearby Seacrest beach.

Panama City Beach airport (ECP) provides daily flights to key US destinations, is 20 miles away and serviced by Delta Airlines and Southwest Airlines.

Great location. We loved everything! Ice machine, two coffee makers., kitchen supplies, Toto toilet, tub, comfy beds, spacious bathrooms and living room area. Basically, well thought out which made for a wonderful vacation.

Beautiful Time

We had a beautiful time while at Rosemary Beach! This condo helped us enjoy all the area had to offer within walking distance and the condo was warm and added to our week vacation! Clair was so easy to communicate with and added to our stay!

Wonderful condo

Loved this condo. Very open and inviting with tall ceilings and a more unique floor plan than the usual condos we’ve stayed in. Well equipped and Clair was always available during our stay. Remember, turn RIGHT when you com into the parking lot. We came in at night and we’re easily confused.

Perfect spot

Can’t say enough good things about this property. Just a short walk from the beach and dining, it is also far enough to get you out of the crowds. Clair is an excellent host who communicates very well. We will be back.

Excellent location with a wonderful balcony!

Beautiful condo with the best balcony to relax on! I could spend all day on that balcony! Excellent location with an easy walk to the beach, pool, restaurants and shops. The standalone icemaker didn't work but Claire quickly sent someone out to look at it. She is super responsive and a great host. We would definitely stay there again.

Great Place

Clair was a great host. She thought of everything and communication was perfect. She made us feel right at home. Condo is great location. The beach, pool, shops just few minutes walk. Very easy to walk or drive where you need to go. We would definitely like to return one day.

Great condo, great location

Clair's condo had everything we needed and was close to restaurants, shopping, and the beach. The condo has an ice-maker which was very handy for filling coolers for the beach. Clair was very responsive to all of our inquiries. When a leak began at the kitchen sink she got someone out to take care of it ASAP! We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful!

Very spacious and perfect location! The walk to the beach was very short, we never needed to use the tram. The beds were comfortable and kitchen well stocked. Only constructive feedback is to add blackout curtains to master bedroom. There was no sleeping in with the brilliant Florida morning sun! Overall, wonderful property!

Great All-Around

Fantastic location and walking distance to everything you’d want or need. Make Sutton take a day and head to Topsail State Park in Santa Rosa Beach. Only a few places like it in the World. Beautiful lakes with sand dunes and miles of pristine beach with not a sole in sight.

Perfect Location

We had a great Easter break at this condo. The condo was spacious and met all of our needs. It was also super easy to get to the beach, delicious restaurants close by, and we enjoyed riding the bikes the condo provided.
