Overall our experience wasn't great. We didn't have a working refrigerator all week as well as other issues. Upon arrival, we unpacked and unloaded all of our groceries. We went to dinner and when we got back the fridge was beeping high temperature and very warm. We had to throw out all of our perishables. We contacted the host who called in a ticket and the repairman came 48 hours later. They fixed the fridge so we went to the grocery store to restock. Later that evening the fridge was again beeping with a high temperature warning. We lost the contents of our fridge again. We let the host know and she said she was going to call in another ticket but never did. The reality is that we didn't have a working fridge all week. We couldn't bring leftovers home not could we purchase food to cook. We were out hundreds of dollars. The host offered no additional help to us such as a mini fridge or cooler. There were some other maintenance issues including the sliding door in the master bedroom wouldn't close all the way. This created a gap in the bottom of the door where hot and humid air poured into the room. The host made no attempt to fix this issue either. Both during and after our stay we were in communication with the host. We did ask for a partial refund/reimbursement which is inline with VRBO's best practices to compensate us especially for losing the contents of our fridge twice, inability to cook, etc. She refused.We're disappointed and don't recommend this condo.
