ALL NEW FURNITURE INCLUDING MATTRESSES in the winter of 2020/2021.

This large condo comfortably sleeps 12 people, with enough bathrooms to minimize congestion.

PARKING: Includes parking, one reserved spot in #320. (The other car will have to park in any of the non reserved spaces)

* 2 Master suites – Both with KING size beds.

The oceanfront master offers a king size bed and private bath with Jacuzzi tub and walk in shower.

The 2nd bedroom has a King size bed with private bathroom.

The 3rd bedroom has two queen beds.

The 4th bedroom has a twin size bunkbeds.

The living room couch pulls out to a QUEEN size bed.

This Unit is on the 6th floor (not too high like many units but still with a great view of the ocean), a perfect height to enjoy the breathtaking sunsets, watch the dolphins, or listen to the relaxing ocean waves on the extra-large balcony, or from the living room and the master bedroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances and all of your cooking needs should you choose to stay in and cook.

Majestic Beach Resort offers the most amenities of any resort on Panama City Beach:

You will be hard pressed to find a newly remodeled 4 bedroom unit with all of these resort amenities anywhere else on Panama City Beach, and this unit is going to book up quickly!

Majestic Towers is a comfortable, safe place to stay. I always appreciate knowing security is there if we need it. The towers location is convenient to shopping. The beach is pristine and always beautiful!

The condo was decorated tastefully to give the beach feel and there was plenty of room for 9 of us. The resort had great amenities, but I would have liked the Majestic Market and H2O bar&grill to stay open later. I booked a place that had both indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs incase we had bad weather we could still use the indoor pool and hot tub. However, there was a storm with thunder and lightening and they closed all of the pools and hot tubs. Check out was at 9 a.m. which felt a little too early to get 9 people out of there on time. A later check out time would have been beneficial because the housekeeper tried coming in at 8:30 and proceeded to stay in the hallway until we left, this caused lots of stress. We all had a great time and I would definitely book this condo again.

The good was that the resort amenities & location was great. Security was on property & the views from the balcony were wonderful! The elevators were quick and the condo was very spacious for our larger group. This condo needs a good cleaning. We had to rewash all of the bedding due to sand in the beds. The floors were grimey and there was several areas of thick dust/dirt/filth that just needed cleaned(door handles, walls, baseboards, around furniture, etc). The property manager was very easy to work with as far as communication prior to check in. We have stayed in PCB three times and we have had much cleaner properties. However the location, space, & amenities were great here.

Resort was all that we wished for with our family of 9. My only suggestion for the unit is more comfortable mattress in the master bedroom. The mattress was so hard.

The room was fine but we had an issue with one shower not draining. I told the owner the first day we got there and it never got fixed. Some draino or a drain snake probably would’ve taken care of the problem but they never responded after the initial request. It’s annoying to pay for a 3 bathroom room and not be able to use one of them. Otherwise the place was fine. The pool was very nice and plenty of chairs. The beach was super crowded but we expected that.Some better pillows and bedding would have also been nice.

Property was clean, nicely appointed. We had two issues. Closet doors in 1 of the bedrooms was not attached- just laying in the closet. The second was of more concern. We notified them on Tuesday or Wednesday that the dishwasher was not working ( the soap dispenser would not open) It had not worked since we got there. Not fun to wash dishes for 21 people. The luggage cart situation was very bad the day of our arrival

This was a vacation with 8 adults and 5 children there was plenty of room the condo was spacious and newly renovated… but all the rules to follow at the pools was a little over board 😵‍💫… like we are here to enjoy ourselves and the “security” was just a little over the top … they would constantly come by to check bracelets to see if u had yours on and of u didn’t u would have to show them that u had one … and if u was in the pool u couldn’t save your chair with a towel they actually said to another couple “no chair saving with towels” so I guess your not suppose to get out of your chair because it’s free game if you do … then a baby had its sippy cup in the baby pool carry it and the mom was told to remove it …. Then they set up all these chairs at the beach that no one rents so it takes up all this room so then u have to put your rent behind those chairs it’s just crazy to me that they set out so many chairs … but pools are nice size there is multiple indoor/outdoor and the children had a good time

Our stay was good! The only problem we had was the first couple days the refrigerator wasn’t cold by any means, but after the second day it ended up getting much better!

We had 9 people (4 adults, 5 kids) and this condo fit us comfortably. The condo was very clean and in a good location (both within the complex and within the general area). Easy access to the pools, hot tub, and beach, but high enough that there's still a great view from the balcony. We found some interesting places to visit, for both kids and adults, within walking distance.

This condo fit 10 people comfortably and is very spacious. Loved the view of the gulf and being right on the beach. The only complaint that I have, is not specifically for the condo itself, but that there is not a lot of places/things to do within short walking distance. No convenient store, hardly any restaurants real close. Also wasn’t able to get 2 of the tvs on. Other than that, the size and overall experience staying at this condo was perfect for myself and family.

Overall we were satisfied with our stay. We did notice one of the bunk beds had dirty sheets when we arrived. We email the property manager and they brought us clean ones. Other than that we had a few issues (washer hose detached and spewed water out) but the maintenance came by promptly and fixed it.

The Condo was perfect for us. The amenities were great for me because I’m in a wheelchair and I was able to use the ramp to get to the beach. Love the indoor pools.

This condo was very nice and modern! It had plenty of room for everyone and the location was nice. There were a few minor things that could have been better such as a noisy fan, a tv not working properly, and the amount of sand on the floor when we got there. Other than that I would definitely stay again! It was a great trip!
