It’s always a good time for a beach escape, and this is where 30A Beach Escape comes in! This enchanting, two-level beach home is nestled in Seacrest Beach on Scenic Highway 30A. Because of its prime location in the Prominence neighborhood, guests will enjoy access to great vacation amenities and close proximity to coastal entertainment. The home itself has three bedrooms and is pet-friendly, so your sweet pup can join you on your beachy getaway! The rental property can host up to eight visitors in addition to your furry friends.

The first floor is made up of an open floor plan that connects the living room, dining area, and kitchen—creating the perfect gathering space. With lots of windows to let in natural light, the room is warm and inviting. Hardwood floors extend throughout the great room, and cute décor adds to the laidback and homey feel. The living room is set beside a panel of three large windows. It includes a cozy seating arrangement made up of two light blue-gray couches centered around a white coffee table and facing a flatscreen TV. This spot is great for lounging with family and friends while streaming a movie or watching the big game! A round table and chairs sit atop a checkered rug below a chic chandelier in the cute dining area. Next to the table, a set of glass doors leads to an intimate patio furnished with Adirondack chairs. On the other side of the dining area, you will find the modern kitchen. The kitchen boasts spacious white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, a gas range, and a sleek granite countertop. Four metal stools sit beside a large kitchen island, where you can serve drinks, snacks, or casual meals.

Each of the home’s three bedrooms are on the second floor. The primary suite features a king-size bed, high ceilings, and huge windows. Its private ensuite bath has dual vanities and a walk-in shower. One of the guest bedrooms has a queen-size bed, and beachy accents add a fun splash of color to the space. The other guest bedroom can accommodate up to four guests as it features a twin bunk, twin bed, and twin trundle. Both guest bedrooms utilize a shared hall bath with a tub/shower combo.

When you’ve booked a stay at 30A Beach Escape, you will have access to neighborhood amenities that will bring your vacation to the next level. First, the community pool is incredible. Surrounded by palm trees, luscious landscaping, shaded seating, and a curated sundeck, the pool is set in its own private oasis. The pool features a shallow entry and plenty of deeper areas for swimming. There are also outdoor grills, so you can easily whip up a fun poolside meal.

Of course, that’s not all! Though only a short distance from the sandy beach, the property offers a complimentary six-seater golf cart to make it easy for vacationers to haul their beach gear down to the shores. You’ll also find yourself close to other coastal amusements, including Camp Creek Lake and The Big Chill on 30A (formerly the Hub 30A). The Big Chill is home to great shops and eateries and hosts many great events throughout the year. When you’re ready to explore further, you are perfectly situated to visit the other quaint beach towns that line Scenic Highway 30A!

We are a bit disappointed with our stay. It appeared from the listing photos as it had a balcony, but it does not. There is no private beach access which is unclear from the listing. We were surprised with how far we had to drive in the golf cart to the beach. When we arrived, it didn’t appear very clean as “hard wood” wasn’t mopped..there was an Oreo treat smashed to the bunk room floor, what looked like red popsicle on kitchen floor, large clump of dog hair in the kitchen, and cheese-it’s by the couch. Kitchen Trash can was broken, kitchen cabinet door hinge was broken, seat belt on passenger golf cart was just metal and broken, ceiling light in bunk room was not working and remote was glitching. We had to tape the cords the ceiling fan in master bedroom as it shook and rattled. This felt bare bones in comparison to private-owned as simple amenities were not offered: towels rough, home didn’t have salt/pepper, etc. Renters in suite A were partying outside until 2 o’clock two nights in a row. When we called the noise ordinance number provided on Ocean Reefs listing, they offered nothing except for us to call the police.

Great location. Golf cart is added bonus! Was able to check in a few hours early which was very nice. Third trip to 30A and this condo complex but first time at this specific unit. Weren’t a lot of cooking / baking dishes and utensils if you plan to cook at the condo.My only recommendation would be to add a garage door opener (or provide the code) as having to go around to the side door and through the house to open garage was not convenient, especially at night.All in all, a nice clean unit that met our vacation needs. Thanks!

The home was beautiful, clean, and in a great location. However, they provided only one small roll of very cheap toilet paper in each bathroom. We ran out quickly and were shocked to see that there were no replacement rolls anywhere in the house. I called management and spoke to housekeeping to see if we could get some more. They claimed that they only provided one roll per bathroom and would not provide any more. Ok, but each bathroom didn't even start out with a full roll, and we had several people staying there for several days. Even so, if your guests call to request toilet paper, wouldn't you accommodate? They flat our said no. We had to drive to the store while on vacation to get toilet paper for a vacation rental that charged 520 in fees in host fees and 273 in service fees.
