This booking was canceled less than 12 hours before arrival because the owner “changed their mind.” The property management company offered replacement properties that were significantly inferior and located far away, making them unreasonable alternatives. This last-minute cancellation showed a serious lack of professionalism, reliability, and accountability. Travelers should be extremely cautious—this situation left us with almost no time to secure suitable accommodations. I strongly recommend avoiding this property and this management company to prevent similar disruptions.

Great house and pool in a great location

The house is exceptional and located in the best area we could have chosen. It was a short walk to the beach and a walk to downtown Rosemary Beach. The pool was fantastic although the spa was not working when we checked in. It was a spa not a hot tub and we did not understand the difference nor was it clear in the ad. The elevator never worked the entire time we were there, but 5 Star was responsive to each issue we had. Overall it was a great rental.

Holiday getaway

We stayed here over the holiday. The house was beautiful. Very clean. The beds were super comfy. Walking distance to the beach was perfect with kids. Just a short walk and we parked the strollers at the top of the boardwalk down to the beach. The communication with the property was great. Everyone I spoke to was super nice and fixed any issues we had! The location for the town was great and the bike rental process was perfect. Overall we had a great stay!!
