You have to 'Sea' it to 'Believe' it - come hang at our home for the summer! Sea'n is Believe'n is a newly redesigned home with extra special details - right in the heart of Prominence on 30A. This 3 bed, 2.5 bath home is great for families and comes with a brand-new golf cart, incredible amenities, and it's situated right across the street from “The Big Chill”! The Prominence community features 2 Resort style pools, outdoor space, outdoor grills, and easy access to the beach.

- The Prominence community is a gem! Includes restaurants, shops, and an amphitheater that has a covered event pavilion. It also has a great cinema screen for movies as well as a stage for concerts and events! Watch a game on the big screen or enjoy a family “screen on the green” movie night. There is entertainment most nights during the season. Several delights await you! Terrific BBQ, tacos, spirits, ice cream along with unique one-of-a-kind eateries to explore during your stay.

🔆Beach time!
Leave your beach gear at home - we've got you covered. - Beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach cart, beach toys, 4 beach towels, beach bag cooler, and fishing poles and tackle. We can also provide a BOB stroller- just ask!

Beach access:
- Deer Lake State Park – (3 min drive, or 15 min walk, 5 min golf cart ride) The most convenient beach access with ample parking (cars and golf carts) and only .5 mile away. There are new bathrooms, grills, and shelter at the beach access!
- Seabreeze Beach Access - A five-minute golf cart ride or eight-minute bike ride East on 30A from Prominence.
- Gulf Lakes Beach Access – (3 min drive, quick bike ride) You can pack lightly to bike and utilize the available bike racks at the access entry to lockup. This access is tucked in a residential area off 30A but has a public parking lot about 100 yards from the access entry. This one is also great to drive, drop off your gear (and kids!) and then have someone park and join you after.
- Walton Dunes – (7 min drive, or quick golf cart/bike ride) An easier entry as it has no boardwalk or steps, and you can walk from the road directly onto the beach. This is another good option for dropping off passengers and gear before parking in the nearby lot. There are plenty of bicycle racks at the access should you decide to ride bikes. Beach service is provided here from local vendors.
- Inlet Beach Regional Access - A 15-minute car ride but is a great option with ample parking, on-duty Lifeguards, and restrooms. You cannot take the golf cart to the Inlet Beach Access due to the distance from the house.

Primary bedroom - King bed with En Suite, Smart TV and ceiling fans.
Primary bathroom features beautiful vanity and rainfall shower head
Guest bedroom - Queen bed with Smart TV, ceiling fans, and plenty of storage.
Bunk room - Queen over Queen bunk beds with memory foam mattress.
Also features charging stations embedded into both bunks. Children's books available for your littles as well! Pack n play - also provided

Other things to note:
- Parking is available in the driveway for 2 vehicles at the townhome directly in front of the garage door (unit A). There is no street parking available but there is overflow parking in South Prominence.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 25.
- There are two cameras at the home. First is a Ring doorbell camera to assist with guest check ins and for deliveries. The second is a NEST security camera located high on the back wall of the garage with view of the garage door and street. Camera has no view of the interior home.
- Apologies, no furry friends are allowed at the home. We appreciate your understanding on this.
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
