"I chose this hotel because of the reasonable price and excellent location. It was worth it to me to valet the car and be able to walk or uber to certain appointments, restaurants, and shopping. The room was clean and quiet. The ac was good and had lots of options. The water pressure was fantastic and I loved taking a shower every morning. Staff was super helpful, taking my luggage to the room (I drove so I overpacked), getting the car and cleaning. Wi-Fi good as well."

I communicated that to the front desk and they let me know that it is due to using a third party website and its an error that happened when completing billing on their end. This is not the first time it has happened to me and happens at different hotels so I am starting to think it is due to Expedia."
