"Clean room good staff"

"Everything was magical, though they were trimming the trees the day I was there which was as distracting but unavoidable. The cottages are stocked with the basics, but we needed paper towels, napkins and garbage bags. Additionally the bathrooms do not have conditioner, lotion or vanity kits so plan ahead. Otherwise incredible stay!"

"The location, the property, and the amenities exceeded our expectations. It is perfect for an extended stay. We felt like it was our home away from home. We got the best sleep after a long day of being a tourist. We will recommend The Beverly Grove Hotel to family and friends. We know we have an amazing stay available to us when we return."

"First time in Hollywood, this hotel is very centrally located, lots of walkable attractions."

"Could have been a great spot however the staff lacked awareness. The first morning when we were getting ready at 8 am one of the staff members opened our door and walked into our room un announced. I had to run up to the door in order to prevent them from walking all the way in on my girlfriend who was getting ready for the day. When I confronted who walked in I asked them if they worked there because they did not identify themselves and merely just tried to walk away. I immediately called down...

"Parking is a little difficult for large trucks."

"Appreciated the early check in, nice big room. Very clean. Valet took a little longer than expected, but appreciated the friendly staff."

"The property was quite clean and the staff super friendly. The breakfast was silly - classic hotel breakfast like pastries and some sort of meat, potatoes, and waffles each day. The beds were the comfiest thing I have ever slept on. It was AWESOME!!!"

"Awesome stay. Legit LA experience. Makes me want to move back. But for now I'll just stay here and chance I get! Plus get the Tower Sundae!!!!"

"Todo bn"

"The staff 5 stars, except For the curly haired front desk girl who worked evenings and always seemed irritated of you asked for something. Top issues. -Rooms were dated, the bathroom store was cheap wood like material and all scuffed up. -The body bath towels were so small! I can’t see how men use them. -Why did they only give one roll of toilet paper at a time? Everytime…. -No ironing board unless requested…then it was a small half size board that the feet did not work so it killed our...

"Older hotel and could use a little love. Rooms are big, beds are comfortable. A bit dated and beds some maintenance-paint, sheets, tub, air conditioner. Breakfast is very basic. But overall, it’s a great little place, close to everything, and quiet."

"This is probably the best hotel in West Hollywood. It's very comfortable. The property used to be an apartment building, so it feels like home. The room service was great, a rare amenity these days. The food at the restaurant tastes great. The front desk missed my call and called me back a few minutes later! Can't wait to go back."

"If I could give this resort a 10 star I would, very clean , excellent staff, beds very comfortable. Roof top has a heated pool and bar and serves breakfast overlooking the hollywood hills,"
