"First- I saw the low review below and can say that the person had no idea what they were talking about. I read the listing AND the website- it was fully up front about the property being somewhat off grid.We stopped here briefly on our way back home. It was such a wonderful experience! I would definitely go back. The translucent roof was amazing. The creek is absolutely peaceful. I loved sitting out there that evening/next morning just listening to the birds. "We loved the house and our quick overnight stay. It was exactly as we expected, parking was super easy and the location was perfect for us! Our kiddo loved the grounds, playing foosball and hanging on the porch in a swing. Loved the eco consciousness of the owners as well. We would definitely stay again!"

"Very clean. Plenty of towels, shampoos, supplies in general. Plenty of parking. Convenient to Oneonta attractions.There was some confusion about check in, check out times. When we booked the house, stated times were check in: 3:00 and check out: 11:00. Upon arrival, we were informed those times had changed to 4:00 and 10:00. Owner honored original times."
