"Great location for a quick trip. Hotel is good location by the sea about 10 mins walk from train station. Nice little room at the top of the house which was greatly decorated and good view over the square out to sea. Can imagine the room gets hot on a nice day. Breakfast was nice. Was four floor walk up the stairs or a very slow lift. But expected in a period property."

"A lovely stay at the Charm Hotel. Very friendly receptionists who were more than happy to help with parking, bags, and any other issues. The room was big, comfy, and very clean. Could have done with two bottles of water in the room rather than one maybe, but I’m nit picking!! We would definitely come back when visiting Brighton, the location is brilliant and a short walk from all the best bits! Thank you for a great stay"

"The hotel was in a great location, right on the seafront and within a 10 minute straightforward walk to the Lanes. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and had a higher professionalism than I've encountered recently in London hotels! The room itself was spacious, clean and with a gorgeous view of the seafront and pier. I would definitely stay there again."

"Lovely little hotel for an overnight stay in Brighton. It’s in a great location, right near the beach, and very easy to find. Check in process was really quick, and we were given a bottle of cold water and shown up to our room. Continental breakfast was included, and was a perfect amount of food. "We had a lovely stay, the room was clean and very comfortable. The owner allowed us to have a late check in, as we were stuck in traffic on the way down. The breakfast was delicious and we were grateful for the dinner recommendation and parking tips. Thank you."

"Stayed for 2 nights when at a conference at the Brighton centre. I think this is the best area to stay in Brighton and it was very easy to find/access the property from the instructions. A couple of things could take it from being a decent stay to somewhere really nice, which wouldn’t cost much. The flat was clean however the bed uncomfortable. Generally a cold place but quickly heats with the radiator on. If you’re a light sleeper you will probably want ear plugs and maybe even an eye mask as...
