Management:
Our property is expertly managed by Rather Be Properties, and we’re committed to making your stay enjoyable and seamless. Our team is available daily from 9 AM to 9 PM to assist with any questions or requests. You can easily reach us through the Vrbo app, by phone, or email. For any urgent issues after hours, we also offer a 24-hour emergency line, ensuring support at any time during your stay.
Hot Tub:
The hot tub is included in your nightly rate and can be easily heated using the backyard controls. Please allow up to 2 hours for it to reach 100-102°F, depending on the outside temperature. If you’d like the hot tub warmed up before your arrival, feel free to message us in advance, and we’ll be happy to turn it on for you!
Pool heater:
The pool requires a lot of natural gas to heat, so using this will incur a daily fee of $125 (Plus Tax). This will be billed prior to your arrival if you request it.
Maintenance:
Our pool technician cleans our pool Monday and Thursdays. Our landscaper comes once a week every Tuesday. Walk up trash service is taken Wednesday mornings. All services are for your added convenience and will not bother you throughout your stay.
Desert living:
This home and many homes in Palm Springs are located in the desert, sand is around, sand flys when windy. When windy the pool does catch some sand. Our pool cleaner always tries his best to clean the sand, but in some cases sand my be in the pool.
Pet-Friendly Accommodations:
We welcome one dog only (up to 60 lbs) for a fee of $150 per stay. This fee helps cover the additional cleaning required for pet hair. If any waste beyond hair (such as urine or feces) is found, an additional $200 cleaning fee will be charged. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet, and dogs should not be left unattended in the home, as barking may disturb neighbors. Please note: Dogs are not allowed in the pool. Please let us know if you are traveling with a dog
Bachelorette Parties:
Given the design of our home, it is a popular choice for bachelorette celebrations. In collaboration with West Coast Bach, we provide enhanced services such as balloon arches, photo backdrops, marquee letters, bubbly/tequila bars, fridge stocking, charcuterie boards, and even cabana boy services. Our goal is to streamline your preparations and create a dreamy setup for your event. However, rest assured that the property offers a private, peaceful retreat, perfect for social gatherings without concerns about noise. While the neighborhood lacks many sidewalks, it’s ideal for those who prefer a more relaxed environment, though it may not be the best for long walks with dogs. The home is particularly suited for adults looking to enjoy the lively, diverse energy and the unique charm of Palm Springs. Please consider this when planning your stay, as it may not offer the conveniences typically sought for family visits.

Please be aware that under the regulations of the City of Palm Springs — including Ordinance No. 2075 — all guests are required to sign a “Rules & Regulations” document prior to arrival. In addition, we must obtain a valid driver’s license from at least one guest for identification purposes. We understand this may feel intrusive, and it’s not a requirement we personally enjoy or prefer. However, compliance is mandatory under city law. If we fail to enforce these requirements, the City of Palm Springs has the authority to suspend our rental permit. House Rules
• Primary renter must be 25+, sign a rental agreement, and provide valid photo ID. The registered guest must remain on-site for the entire stay. Subleasing is prohibited.
• Maximum occupancy is 6 overnight guests ages 13+ and 2 guests 12 and under (total of 8 guests), per city regulations. Exceeding this limit may result in fines or eviction.
• No parties or events. Loud music, rambunctious gatherings, or excessive cars disturbing neighbors are strictly prohibited.
• No sticking tape on walls or pictures, and no confetti is allowed.
• Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund.
• Smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors, including cigarettes, marijuana, or e-cigarettes. Any cleaning or damage costs will be charged to the primary guest.
• Pets must be on leashes in unenclosed areas. No dogs in the pool. Please clean up after your pets and be mindful of barking to avoid neighbor complaints. Max 1 dog
• Only park in designated areas: garage, driveway, or directly in front of the property. Max 4 vehicles allowed. Avoid blocking neighbors’ homes or driveways.
• Children under 18 must be supervised at all times when using the pool or spa.
• Firepit and BBQ must be operated by responsible adults only.
• No firearms, fireworks, or hazardous materials allowed on the property.
