This property is truly more than a house, it is a home. We loved all of the warmth and details throughout. Beds were comfy, instructions were easy and so much thought was put into the decor, comfort and utility of the living spaces. We can't wait to come back!!!

The property is located in the perfect spot for our liking. Walking distance to the main street of Palm Springs including favorites like Koffi and Tommy Bahama. It is a very well stocked kitchen and home. The home itself is beautiful and the back yard was so much fun for the 8 of us. We would not hesitate to come back in the future.I would like the owner of the property or Vacasa to call me with some feedback I would like to provide in a more private setting.

The location is great, walkable to the main strip, close to Ruth Hardy Park. It's close to a lot of cool mid-century architecture.We had a group of 4 adults and 3 grade school kids. The house itself is great top to bottom. The garage / wet bar area for late night lounging, the dining room for eating / working, the kitchen is well-stocked with almost anything you would need for meals. The pool house provides more privacy for 1 or 2 people staying at the property. The pool and hot tub are perfect for spring/summer.My only hiccups were that the codes to get into the main driveway gate vs the yard gate and the lockbox were all a bit scattered in terms of accuracy. The instructions from the agency had a few of the numbers scrambled/mixed up, and check-in information comes in automated emails, text messages, etc. The Wi-Fi that's still in the original listing is different, but the correct one was found somewhere else in a text message or other email or the house guide. It was nothing insurmountable and I would rent this house again.

We had a great time at this property. The house is beautiful with amazing design on the inside and tons do in the neighborhood! We loved lounging by the pool which was perfectly kept, hanging out in the garage/living room area, and walking in to town for brunch which was only a short walk away. Each room had its own bathroom which was also super nice. The hosting team was very responsive and friendly, overall we had a great stay! Couldn't recommend this place more!

The pictures on this posting just don’t do the house justice. The renovations and design (interior and exterior) are stunning. There is ample space for cooking, living and sleeping for a group of friends. The pool is large in comparison to other Palm Springs properties I’ve rented. The fact that you can WALK to several main drag restaurants and bars is also a huge plus. Without a doubt the best all around rental property I’ve ever had the privilege of calling my temporary home.

We absolutely loved our time in this house. Beautiful, comfortable house with great space to visit, relax, cook and play games. The house was very clean, stylish, and comfortable. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom and feels very private. Pool and hot tub right outside the french doors. Backyard space is private and large - even a pickleball court!. Every amenity is accounted for - well stocked kitchen, coffee pods, etc. Feels like we were guests in a friend's home. Also a great location near a park and downtown Palm Springs. We all plan to come back. You will not regret renting this home.

The home is absolutely perfect. Comfortably and fashionably decorated. Every possible amenity is there. Every bedroom in main house has a king bed and bathroom so everyone had their own space. Completely walkable to downtown and a beautifully lush park. Will 100% be back and will hope to rent here again.

The house is perfect. Very nicely decorated and extremely well equipped. The location is perfect with walking distance to the Main Street with shops and restaurants. We would definitely book it again.The checkIn process however was not great. We received an email with access code for the front gate, which did not work, the access code for the front entrance was also wrong. We finally found a lock box and were able to enter the house. The WiFi passcode was also wrong. Luckily inside the house we found a note with the correct WiFi information.House is amazing, but the response from the agency is not great!
