This outdoor table seats 10 and with space heaters, a fire feature, and amazing outdoor lighting you’ll want to dine alfresco every night of your vacation. There’s also a putting green for the golf fans in your group. Around the front, there is a two-car driveway and an additional one-car garage.

INDOOR LIVING SPACES
The spacious and airy indoor living area is stylish, functional, and designed for groups to enjoy together. The two modern, clean, and comfortable living rooms provide guests with plenty of seating options and the large, modern kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals to remember.

The indoor dining table seats six guests and there’s space for four at the breakfast bar.

Sliding doors from the main living space open onto the backyard area and let in plenty of light. Then, when the sun goes down, light the brick fireplace and sit back as a warm, relaxing glow fills the living space.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
Three attractive suites comfortably sleep up to six guests. The primary suite has a luxurious king bed with premium linens, a large screen TV, and an en suite spa-style bathroom with a double vanity and makeup area.

The first guest suite also has a king bed, while the second has a queen. Both rooms have TVs and hotel-quality linens. There is also a comfortable double futon in the living area if additional sleeping space is needed. Guests can make use of the 1.5 bathrooms in addition to the primary en suite.

THE LOCATION
This vacation property is perfectly positioned under a mile from Downtown Palm Springs. Here, guests can enjoy exceptional shopping and dining and explore the fabulous art district’s many galleries. World-class golf is also on your doorstep, as well as some of California’s best hiking and horseback riding.
