The Space:

Located within popular Desert Falls, you and your guests will be able to take full advantage of community perks such as several sparkling inground pools with sundecks, a fully equipped fitness center, tennis courts, large clubhouse with bar, and a challenging golf course surrounded by incredible mountain vistas. Away from the home, spend your afternoons shopping along the chic El Paseo district, known as the "Rodeo Drive of the Desert," where designer boutiques, art galleries, and upscale dining await at every turn. In the evening, the city’s vibrant nightlife and world-class restaurants come alive, offering everything from gourmet dishes to farm-to-table delights. Catch a live show at the McCallum Theatre or enjoy an evening under the stars, soaking up the desert magic.



Soak up the plentiful sunshine and take in the endless blue skies from the home’s picturesque patio, sipping on your morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail while you watch golfers practice their swing along lush fairways. Bedroom #1 includes a California king size bed, smart TV, balcony access, and ensuite bathroom with dual vanities, a soaking tub, and walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and smart TV.



Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.



The home also includes a half bathroom.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Garage and driveway parking available for 3 vehicles. Parking passes are required and will be provided upon entrance to the community.

• This home is equipped with one (1) external security camera, located at the front door and actively monitoring the entrance and patio.

• Pet friendly! Maximum 2 dogs, 35 lbs. or less allowed. Cats not permitted. An additional daily Pet Fee of $35 per pet will be required in addition to your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. To avoid fines, please pick up after your pet.

- This unit does NOT have a BBQ grill.

- Please note: for stays 14 nights or longer, a utility deposit of $500.00 is required prior to arrival. Any unused credit will be returned and credited back.

The place was great! The management team was awesome. It was a bit far from some of the attractions we enjoy but overall nice place for the money.
