Your dream home in Palm Coast near the beach!

This elegant home is ideal for family or group trips. It offers a quiet, bright, and cheerful atmosphere. Ideal to have a nice stay and relax.
Located in a residential area and just a few minutes away from various trekking trails, and golf courses.
Approximately 10-15 minutes away from the supermarket, 15-20 minutes away from the beach, 30 minutes away from Daytona malls and restaurants, 45 minutes away from beautiful and historic Saint Agustine, 1 hour and a half away from Orlando parks, and much more!

Guest access:
Guests have access to the whole house, except to the garage area, which is used as janitorial room.

Other things to note:
You will find brochures at the property with information and directions to tourist sites and landmarks in the city of Palm Coast, and in the surrounding cities and areas. Also, a list of quick emergency contact phone numbers, a local phone book and a local code enforcement booklet for your convenience.

Host is always very appreciative when guests treat the place respectfully and leave the space neat and tidy. Kindly consider that the cleaning fee for this stay offer is pretty symbolic.

  • Bulow Creek State Park is a Florida State Park located five miles north of Ormond Beach. It is on Old Dixie Highway, next to the Atlantic Ocean. For more than 400 years, the Fairchild Oak has silently observed the events along Bulow Creek — serving as a noble guard of the area’s magnificent environment. Nearly two centuries ago in 1836, the neighboring Bulow Plantation was destroyed during the Second Seminole War. And still, the Fairchild Oak stands strong. Local legend has it that this majestic oak tree was the site of two deaths. The first was that of James Ormond II, who lived in a house a stone’s throw from the tree and whose body was found under it, his cause of death unknown. The second death is shrouded in even more mystery. Norman Harwood, who purchased the property around 1880, is remembered as a hulking man. Some stories portray him as a cattle farmer, while others cite him as a dry-goods businessman — but most accounts say Harwood was deep in over his head in debt. It’s unclear what happened, but the myths suggest that Harwood, buried in economic turmoil, killed himself under the tree. #oak #Nature

Denis our host was quick to respond when we had questions. The property was very clean and well equipped. The large fenced in backyard was great for our furbaby. We enjoyed our stay and will return to Palm Coast area again and will look to stay here if available.

Just as pictured. VERY clean & spacious. Large fenced in back yard. My only suggestion would be to add a K-cup coffee maker ( there was a lovely drip coffee maker & coffee there-thx). Enjoyed the stay. U get a lot for yr here… and the owner was very responsive & nice. Thank U.

Looks like it is up for sale by owner. Cutlery was sparse. We bought what we needed. First time using Verbo. The furniture was somewhat uncomfortable. Home was very nice and the location allowed us to visit family and friends.
