Walking in we were impressed with the well decorated and very clean house. We spent a great deal of time in the pool and loved every minute of it. The fenced in yard was perfect for our pup to explore and stretch his legs. The location was within 15 minutes of Flagler Beach where we spent 3 days enjoying the dog friendly beach and playing in the waves. I would definitely recommend this home to a friend and would stay here again.

New Years Get Away

House was in excellent conditions and well stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal. We were there for a short stay mostly as a place to sleep while visiting friends.

Totally nailed everything

Wasn’t one thing thought out or thought of amazing place to stay with a family.. clean fun and the amount of thoughtfulness in the home made it feel like home 10/10

Beautiful home

The house was immaculate, beautifully decorated and well equipped with everything we needed. It was located in a quiet neighborhood, close to shops and highways, not too far from beaches, downtown St. Augustine and Daytona. We really appreciated that it was pet friendly, with a nice fenced-in yard. We had a wonderful stay at this property and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The house is beautiful and in a convenient location. It has a great layout, was clean and just like the photos. The open layout was great for hosting our family for dinner. Host Daniel was quick to respond to questions. The new pool looks nice however the water was still a little chilly to swim with it being heated to 75 degrees. I would stay here again and recommend it! Thanks for a great stay over Christmas.

Absolutely beautiful

We loved staying at this brand new house! So beautifully furnished with great attention to all the details. Great home away from home. Highly recommend- 10 out of 10 stars!!

A delightful, modern rental. Well stocked with everything you might need . I enjoyed knowing young families could be very comfortable here...highchair and pack and play on site. Everything was fantastic. House was clean and very well equipped. We encountered 2-3 spiders and a couple of weird bugs but that’s expected in Florida. Communication was excellent! The only thing I wish the house had were either a dresser or night tables with drawers in any room. We were a family of 4, staying for 4 days, and weren’t able to unpack our undies, socks, etc because there aren’t drawers and the kiddos could not reach the top of the closet. We traveled with our dog and he felt very comfortable in the fenced in yard. If we’re ever in the area again, we will be staying here.

The house is as shown, and the pool is fabulous as it is salt water, amazing. The neighbourhood is quiet and great support was experienced by the host. BathroomsOnly one hair dryer in one bathroom.Another issue, which is a big deal - there is no where to hang wet towels, only one towel rack per bathroom which does not support a house of 6 and barely 2 towels when wet. No where to hand pool towels or hand towels.The other thing is the house is SMART and should be advertised as such - everything is linked to WiFi, the TV, the washer, dryer, stove, cooling system, so these Wi-Fi connections are reporting to someone - some entity / company / platform all our movements in the house which is not cool. Not to mention this is HIGH radiation as all this is connecting consistently again over Wi-Fi. The sound system is bluetooth also HIGH radiation with all these speakers running on bluetooth. Based on this alone, I would not have rented the house as I do not wish to be watched, monitored/tracked nor radiated. This is a major deal to me and this should be made very clear I feel as it has health implicaitons. We travel with an house aulterra stick, so we used this to negate the radiation but the reporting our movements and tracking is still going on. This is the purpose of "SMART".
