The management company was fantastic. We had a problem with our dog and they resolved it very very quickly. The inside of the house was very clean. Everything was tidy. The pool was clean. There was an issue with the AC leaking, but I contacted the company that takes care of the property and they were on top of it within the hour. Overall, we had a really great day and would book here again.

This home was as pictured. It was very clean, nice quiet area. The kitchen amenities could be updated as the cookware was very used and worn. It needed more silverware and glassware. (Spoke with the manager who was going to assess) The pool and grill were nice. I would recommend this rental and would stay here again.

I hate being this person, but I feel I need to speak my mind. First, I was thankful that I found a home to allow our dogs until I arrived, and I really thought I had made a big mistake. We have stayed in many rental homes. Being Thanksgiving week, I did not want to bother anybody but chose to take pictures instead. It was late and dark when we arrived. This house has no lights. So when you go in, you need to figure out where all the switches are for the lights; they have no lights anywhere! We found a light in one of the back bedrooms and plugged it in so we could find working lights. The light over the door is burnt out, and so is the light over the stove. No light in the family room. The screens in two places in the pool area are broken, and the screen door is as well. Children's toys piled up as if they were just playing and left. The kitchen has three forks in the drawer. All the pots and pans had burnt stains in them. I have many pictures if you want to see. I went and bought my own clean frying pans to cook with. Every glass, cup in the cabinets is dirty. There was no mattress cover on the bed, so you are taking your chances. I washed their sheets and used them as a mattress cover, and put the sheets that I brought over the newly cleaned sheets, just for an event such as this. They asked that you pick up the dog poop, yet the pooper scooper doesn't work. Both my husband and I stayed on top of poop collection. The bathtubs are old, and the master is not cleaned.

They had no supplies.

Pots and pans, very poor selection. Had to go buy some to use. One had crusted food on it. Dish rags belonged in the garage. So old. Wasn’t even sure was safe to use. Cheap dish soap. Wouldn’t even foam. No dish pan to do dishes in and no plug for the sink. Offered a grill, we had to supply our own propane. Really!!! It was a nice house and pool. Yard needed to be mowed. Hedges overgrown over the sidewalk. Offered bikes. Not one there. Very few dishes or glasses. One bedroom was overrun by ants. Coming out of the plug ins.
