Unit 721, an owner’s masterpiece. No stone left un-turned in this exquisite property. Recently remodeled, from beds to kitchenware to furnishings throughout the property!

When entering the property, you will be greeted by gorgeous wood look tile through the main living space, which leads to jaw dropping views of the Atlantic Ocean. The waves seem so close you could touch them right off the balcony, while relaxing on the lounge chairs or at the extra-large dining table. You can even see and hear the ocean from the beautifully decorated living room and dining room.

The plush King Master Suite invites with elegant linens and decor, not to mention the enormous picture window as you drift off to sleep or roll out of bed to the incredible sunrises off the water.

The second KING BEDROOM, unique to vacation rentals, resides towards the center of the unit. This room offers a private en-suite full bath for extra privacy. The third bedroom with EXTRA LONG twins completes the bedrooms and has a Wii system for game play and fun!

The eat-in kitchen is a beauty, with all black stainless-steel appliances and magnificent dark granite. The owners spared no expense in making sure you will have everything you need to cook some of your favorite meals. The condo is in the perfect location to view and enjoy the beach, comfortably furnished, I found the living room TV challenging to get the cable and apps running initially. It was as clean as a 4 star or better hotel, but could use a deep cleaning, corners, top of the headboards, window sills were very dusty.

Wonderful Spring Break Get Away

The condo was incredibly spacious and clean. We are a crew that loves to cook and incredibly impressed by the pots/ pans & kitchen gear this unit had. Also really enjoyed the board games! We were not expecting any beach gear but pleased to see it in the closet. And glad for a vacuum that worked well with all the sand we tracked in.

Cinnamon Beach Jewel

Really enjoyed our time at the condo on Cinnamon Beach. The condo was on the first floor close to the walkway with only one flight of steps to go up and down. The condo was spacious, clean, well-stocked with essentials for cooking, and very comfortable for the 7 of us.

Perfect Spring Break Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great. It was easy to access the unit and the path to the beach was right next to the unit. It was very spacious and had everything we needed. We will definitely be back again.

Nice location no AC

It’s a nice unit with a nice view. We stayed 4 weeks. Unfortunately no AC for the last week. The management was as helpful as they could be but they could not completely fix the problem. No fun sleeping in an 80 degree apartment. Disappointed that the owner did not contact us to let us know they were trying to help or to offer any discount.

Beautiful Cinnamon Beach!

We have stayed at the condo's at Cinnamon Beach numerous times the properties are generally very nice. This one was fantastic. It had been recently renovated and redecorated. And was done very well. We really enjoyed our stay. We loved sitting on the patio and enjoying the ocean. We had a lovely vacation.

Wonderful Beachfront Condo

My family and I stayed at this beachfront condo. The condo was very clean and very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again. Even our little dogs loved the patio and they were able to watch the beach goers walking by- we all had a lovely time.

Spring Break with pets

We live in Miami and had never heard of the Palm Coast. We were looking for a pet friendly property and we found this unit available for the week our kids had off for Spring Break. The closed community is super well maintained, the apartment was top notch. The beach was a bit cold for us, and be aware there are big rocks near the shore, which you don't see in high tide. Our dog loved the beach, and to our sruprise this was a super super oriented "pets welcomed" community and beach!!! That was a very big plus!!!! Also, St. Agustine is just 30min drive, if you wish to explore the surrounding. The neighborhood is very nice. Would highly recommend for families with kids and pets!!
