- All vessels operating in the canals shall operate at a slow speed and observe a minimum wake zone; at the Palm Harbor Parkway Bridge to the Intracoastal Waterway, they shall operate at an idle speed and observe a no-wake zone
- Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM

- Your safety matters. This property features 8 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is a Ring doorbell device facing the front outdoor entry. Camera 2 is on the front of the house facing the front yard. Camera 3 is on the left side of the house facing the side yard and street. Camera 4 is above the garage facing the driveway. Camera 5 is on the right side of the house facing the fenced yard. Cameras 6, 7, and 8 are on the posts in the pool deck area facing out. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The doorbell camera records video and sound when activated by motion; all other cameras are not active while guests are in residence
