Welcome to your dream beach getaway in Palm Coast! This beautiful 3 Bed/2 Bath beach home features the most romantic heated pool you have ever seen, making it the perfect retreat for families and friends. Nestled on a private 0.5-acre lot, this home offers a completely private yard, a 4-car garage, and a spacious driveway ideal for your RV, boat, and all your toys. Enjoy breathtaking sunrises over the beach and unwind with stunning sunsets by the pool.
This luxurious home is designed for comfort and entertainment. The open floor plan includes a large kitchen with a center island, perfect for gathering. The expandable dining table seats up to 8 people, making family meals a delight. The cozy family room features a large screen TV and comfortable seating. The huge master suite boasts a king-size bed, a large screen TV, and a luxurious master bathroom with a freestanding tub and a large walk-in shower. A separate room for kids with a twin bed and trundle is included in the master suite. The other two bedrooms, located on the opposite side of the house, each have luxurious queen-size beds and share a beautifully designed second bathroom.

Your vacation home will have basic starter supplies for your arrival. This includes toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap (small hotel size). Also included are bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, linens, a hairdryer, an iron, and an ironing board. We stock the house with toilet paper (1-2 rolls per bathroom) and one roll of paper towels. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and cooking utensils. We do not provide zip lock bags, saran wraps, and foil paper. Please let us know if you need any specific items for the kitchen so we can try to accommodate you prior to arrival. We look forward to having you enjoy your stay!

Completely renovated in 2022, this spacious 3 Bed 2 Bath home features an in-ground solar and electric heated pool and a super private oasis-like backyard! The 4-car detached garage includes a 50 Amp hook-up, with a deep driveway perfect for parking all your toys. Enjoy the beautiful open floor plan with a new kitchen and a huge island overlooking the cozy family room with a wood-burning fireplace. French doors lead to the romantic pool area. The large master suite includes a luxurious master bath with a freestanding soaking tub and a large walk-in shower. Spacious guest suites also share a luxurious second bath.
The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $287 + tax per week. Please let us know in advance if you intend to pay for the pool to be heated so that we can ensure the pool is nice and warm for your visit.

Other Things to Note:
Pool heater is available for $50 per day or $287 per week or $200 weekly for multi week stays. Please make sure to let us know ahead of time if you would like to add the pool heater to your stay.
