The Space:

Welcome to Aqua Pearl, a charming 3-bedroom, 2-bath coastal retreat in Palm Coast’s peaceful Malacompra at the Hammock community.



Sleeping up to 8 guests, the home combines comfortable indoor living with a private pool, fully fenced yard, fire pit, outdoor dining, complimentary golf cart, two bikes, and convenient access to the beach and nearby Bing’s Landing.



Whether you're planning family beach days, bringing your boat for time on the Intracoastal, or simply relaxing by the pool, Aqua Pearl offers an inviting home base for your Palm Coast getaway.

For larger meals, gather around the spacious dining table with seating for eight, with additional seating available at the kitchen bar.

Aqua Pearl offers convenient side parking with a 50-amp electrical hookup—an especially useful feature for guests traveling with recreational vehicles or bringing a boat for their coastal vacation.

Pets are welcome with advance registration and the applicable pet fee.

The fully fenced yard provides convenient outdoor space for guests traveling with pets while also creating a private setting for the whole family.

Guest Access:

Guests have private access to Aqua Pearl and its available amenities throughout their stay, including the private pool, fully fenced yard, outdoor living and dining areas, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, BBQ grill, fire pit, complimentary golf cart, two bikes, and beach equipment.

• Self check-in is available for a convenient and flexible arrival.

BOAT, RV & CAMPER PARKING



The property offers additional side parking with a 50-amp electrical hookup, providing convenient space for guests traveling with a boat, RV, or camper.



Please contact us in advance if you plan to bring an RV, camper, trailer, or boat so we can confirm parking arrangements and any applicable restrictions before arrival.



PLEASE NOTE



Toiletries, paper products, coffee supplies, trash bags, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, and other consumable items are provided in starter quantities for your arrival and are not replenished throughout the stay.



Depending on the length of your reservation and personal needs, additional supplies may need to be purchased.
