The Space:

Inside:

Step into a bright, airy space with coastal décor and modern comforts. The living room features a large, cozy sectional, 65” Samsung Smart TV, and plenty of seating for movie nights or lounging. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need for effortless meal prep—granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, an air fryer, blender, mixer, pots, pans, spices, and more. The dining area seats eight comfortably, with four extra seats at the breakfast bar.



Bedrooms:



Master Suite: King bed, Smart TV, dresser, nightstands, and a private nursery area with crib, changing table, and nightlight. The ensuite bathroom features a dual-sink vanity and roll-in, handicap-accessible shower.



Surf Room (Bedroom 2): Four extra-long bunk beds with firm Sealy mattresses—perfect for kids or adults. Fun beach décor and a toy box create a playful vibe.



Bedroom 3: Queen-size bed with memory foam mattress, dresser, and Smart TV.

Dog-Friendly & Family-Ready:

Pet fee $100 per pet per stay. A dedicated dog-walk area with waste bags is conveniently located across the street.

Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire home, front deck, brand new pool in the back yard, paver patio, and landscaped yard. A Yamaha 4-passenger golf cart is included for licensed drivers (21+), along with kayaks, paddle boards, and a trailer for easy transport to the beach or Intracoastal. Enjoy free use of Malacompra Park and Bing’s Landing, including the boat ramp, playgrounds, courts, and picnic areas. Boat parking is available on the driveway or across the street near the retention pond. All kitchen appliances, smart TVs, washer/dryer, and home amenities are yours to enjoy. No areas are off-limits.

Getting Around:

We recommend you bring your own car. We also provide you a Golf Cart which you will be able to bring to the beach and drive around the neighborhood but not on the main road such as A1A



Other Things to Note:

Once you reserve your stay, you will be asked to sign our rental agreement, provide all the names of all adult guests and sign a golf cart waver. Once all the information is signed and provided, you will be able to see the details about your upcoming stay through our welcome link.

Pool can be heated on demand $287 Weekly, $50 daily during shorter stays, $200 weekly during multiple weeks stays
