"Liked the property but the automatic camera and security light on the outdoor patio was a bit much. Didn't feel private out there and the light would shine right in your eyes any time you moved. Hard to sit out there and enjoy the nice FL evening. Overall a great location."

"The positive, If you are homeless then this is an upgrade! I really tried to not be critical & over look things as this was an inexpensive place to just sleep at night while working. I stay at cheap hotels & overlook cosmetic issues, if it’s clean & comfortable, I don’t care about the tile/fixtures/linens, you get a great review. So I wasn’t going to complain that the bathroom was a do-it-yourself nightmare. Newly remodeled bathroom has a hole cut out of the wall so the toilet is half inside...

"The condo was very nice and clean. The highlight, of course was the view from the back porch. It was right on a waterway with boats going by and two restaurants straight across the water. It also had a very nice dog park however, the dog park should’ve had something running along the water to keep the dogs from jumping in. Ours did not, but it could’ve."

"Host was unreachable and was stranded for 2 hours without an access code. Condo had mass amounts of cat hair, no cleaning equipment available to get it out. Additional house rules refrained me from having a family gathering as it states no guests or parties permitted. I was asked to revise my statement as it was confusing to the system. "

"A little confusing when booking through VRBO but having to check in like a hotel guest at the main building. Room was great! Would ask that you provide cups for the bathroom and maybe put a small table outside on the balcony. It is a beautiful location. Dinner options on property are not great and the times are not correct online. "

"The studio really is a lovely efficiency and very clean. Good for a couples weekend. This part of Stuart reminded us of The Keys and is very convenient to downtown! We’d definitely stay here again. "
