She offered recommendations on places to go and even called a taxi for us to ensure that we were not overcharged. Our room was clean and tastefully decorated. The room had AC that cooled the room, a walk-in shower with nice amenities, a refrigerator and high-quality bed and towel linens. "I was blown away by the staff at this property. After a very stressful travel day, the staff tracked my train (to make sure I would make checkout cutoff) and were so helpful in dealing with the airport and helping me find lost luggage. The breakfast was outstanding. The room was beautiful and spacious. I would go back in a heartbeat. It’s a very unassuming entrance but the hotel itself is gorgeous. Big thank you to all the incredible staff that went above and beyond while we were there. "

"Un emplacement fantastique dans le centre historique de Naples. Il suffit de faire quelques mètres pour prendre le métro. Il n'y a pas de petit déjeûner sur place mais on peut déguster à moins de 20 m Café, cappuccino, viennoiseries et autres succulents gâteaux pour moins de 5€/personne. De plus les propriétaires sont hyper sympa. C'est certain nous reviendrons à Chocolate's Home sans hésiter."

"We stayed one night. The owner was very communicative with check in times to make sure he could be there to let us in and explain everything. It's a small, personal business so not a typical hotel . You need to order your breakfast then evening before but the croissants and bread were delicious. We had a family room which was large, the air conditioning was great and amazing as it was so hot in Naples, and the beds were comfortable. The shower was powerful. All in all a great place to stay and...

"Very clean with a small amount of mold in shower, location is great , everything we needed before getting on cruise ship. Walked to dock with our bags. Staff very responsive and helpful."
